VILLA ALEXANDRA

Location was perfect for our requirements. The pool area was incredible and everything inside the villa was perfectly clean and furnished to a high standard. The balconies were also fantastic.

We loved everything about the villa and would happily recommend it to family and friends. Our host answered all the questions we had prior to our visit promptly and was available if needed advice during our stay.

We have just had the most amazing week staying at the Villa Alexandra. I can’t rate the Villa highly enough, it has surpassed all of our expectations and is even more beautiful in person than on the photos. Eleni is a fantastic host, she met us on our arrival with a basket of food and drinks, and the villa was cleaned thoroughly twice during the week with fresh towels and sheets, and every day the pool/outdoor dining area was also cleaned. The villa really is immaculate and so clean, we were so impressed. Everyone involved in this villa is just amazing. We would certainly return, this is one of the best villas we’ve stayed at and I would recommend it to anyone, particularly groups/families. The outdoor area is the star of this villa, we used the BBQ every evening and spent hours in the pool, it’s such a beautiful space. The location is great, around a 3-5min walk to the main road in Dassia, with loads of restaurants, bars, coffee shops and supermarkets within a short walking distance. The beach is also worth a walk, with more restaurants etc along the promenade. We will definitely return to the Villa Alexandra. The Ewen/Hay families

Honestly, nothing, it was perfect

We had a welcome basket on arrival and everything you need like milk, first aid kit, hairdryers, toiletries, utensils, etc., very clean and smelt lovely as we walked in, it was cleaned halfway through the stay, friendly and accommodating host who we could contact at anytime, pool area amazing, well stocked kitchen, great outdoor spaces, comfortable bed, good transport links, easy access to shops and restaurants.

The villa was beautiful inside and outside. It had everything you could possible want or need for your trip away, from toothbrushes to first aid kit, pool towels and cleaning products. The host was amazing, a text away if you needed anything even arranging transport. You also have the option to use to hotel facilities across the road including food drinks and their pool.

If I was being really picky it’s in a slightly isolated area in terms of local nightlife/ entertainment. I would recommend a car if you’re wanting to venture out however we took 5 children and the villa and pool was enough for them.

Probably one of the best Villas we have stayed at! Eleni greeted us on arrival to the Villa and presented us with a basket full of treats, water and wine, which was really thoughtful. Mid-way through our stay Eleni left us some homemade Greek mini-pies which were very tasty! The villa itself is lovely, really clean and well equipped, with great size rooms, with balconies to amazing mountain views to wake up to and enjoy whilst having your breakfast. There were 7 adults in our family party and the pool was more than plenty big enough for us all to be in it, swim and play games. The small beach which was a short walk from the Villa was made up of pebbles but we managed to snorkel there and saw some fish. We decided to venture further out to Paleokastritsa Beach which only took 20 mins by taxi (70 Euros for 7 of us). This was definitely worth the visit as lovely crystal clear waters (loads of fish for snorkeling) and sandy beach with beach bars. Get there early though as it is a very popular beach! We also visited Aqualand which took roughly 20 mins by taxi (60 Euros) and again i would definitely recommend, good for all ages! The Villa location is great, as there is a good bus service literally 5 mins away if you want to travel to neighbouring towns. Dassia itself offers plenty of local supermarkets (small and large) which we were able to find everything we wanted without having to travel to a Lidl, which was great as we had members in our party with severe allergies and finding suitable places to get food can be hard. Dassia also has several Tavernas which always looked busy and Beach bars, which we often had cocktails in, whilst looking out to the sea. We all had a brilliant holiday here and we would definitely come back to Villa Alexandra again! Thanks Eleni!

The villa was beautiful, spacious, pristine and easily accommodated 8 of us. The pool was a good size and very clean. The grounds were large and well kept. Eleni the host was so kind, she left a very generous welcome package 😊 Everything we could possibly need was provided, the beds were comfortable with good quality linens and plenty of towels and pool towels. The AC was great. I loved the fact that every bedroom had its own balcony which was great for a morning coffee or sunset wine offering the most lovely views. The outside pool area had a lovely shaded dining area with a bbq built in. The villa was within walking distance to local shops, tavernas and the beach. We can highly recommended a stay in Villa Alexandra, we will certainly return.

The whole villa was beautiful, and Eleni was a brilliant host. we stayed for 7 days, and the villa was cleaned twice with beds being changed. We were a family of 8, and there was so much space. Great location to travel the island by bus with bus Stop just down the lane. would 100% return.
