Kyriakos ist ein super netter Gastgeber, immer verfügbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Zwei Klimaanlagen sind leider ausgefallen, wo er sofort den Tausch veranlasst hat. Die Lage ist ruhig und der Pool sehr schön mit super Badetemperatur. Tolle Strände sind in wenigen mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auch kulinarisch hat die Gegend viel zu bieten und Kyriakos gibt gerne Tipps, wo es das beste griechische Essen gibt.

Es gibt neue und alte Häuser, was wir bei der Buchung nicht wussten/es bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich ist, welches Haus man bucht. Wir hatten anscheinend eines der älteren Häuser, die grundsätzlich wirklich sehr schön sind. Der Außenbereich wirkt an manchen Stellen abgewohnt (Auflagen der Liegen, Terrassenmöbel). Mehr Stauraum wäre gut und Küchenbasics wie Öl, Essig, Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffee und Tee wären in dieser Preisklasse wünschenswert.

The property has all the amenities including dishwasher and laundry machine. You can definitely cook for your family with the kitchen equipment. The property is also close to a lot of restaurants especially in Gennadi (7 km). We also enjoyed the bar called “The Lab” with their creative coctails.Beaches around Lindps are also close within 30 minutes away by car. Glistra beach (sand) is 15 minutes away by car. Lahaina village is 3.6 km away and good walking distance. I highly recommend it.

We had an amazing stay at this spacious and modern villa. The property is perfect for large groups, as it easily accommodated our group of 8 adults and 3 kids, with room for even 4 more adults and more kids. The villa's layout is fantastic, with a beautiful pool area that offers plenty of space for relaxation and spot for barbecue. The location is wonderfully secluded, making it a peaceful retreat, yet it's only a 10-minute drive from shops and very nice restaurants, which we really appreciated. The host was incredible—very attentive and ensured that our needs were taken care of throughout our stay. Pros: - Very spacious and modern villa - Perfect for large groups - Beautiful pool area with lots of space - Secluded and peaceful location - Close to shops and great restaurants (about a 10-minute drive) - Fantastic, attentive host Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this villa for anyone looking for a relaxing and spacious getaway. Just a few minor improvements, and this place would be perfect!

Cons (mostly minor) - No hangers for towels in the bathrooms - There’s almost no shade by the pool, which is something to consider (not the host's fault since it's a windy area and sun umbrellas wouldn't be safe there, but good to be aware of) - The "private" beach nearby is more of a wild beach and a bit dirty - The dishwasher wasn’t functioning properly - A slight moldy smell was coming from the basement, and we noticed a small moldy spot

A charming villa in every aspect

Check-in was delayed by about half an hour. The curtains in the rooms do not darken enough in the morning. It was possible to put some additional basic things like oil and coffee that were missing. The drainage in one of the bathrooms was problematic, but we got along with the other bathrooms.. But nevertheless, the family stay in the villa was perfect!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful and well-maintained villa in Rhodes. The villa was comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The owner was wonderful, very attentive, and made sure we enjoyed both the villa and the surrounding area to the fullest, offering us great recommendations. The villa is located in a fantastic spot for those who love authenticity. The nearby town has a great supermarket, greengrocer, bakery, and fantastic restaurants and cafés. Perfect beaches are just a 5-minute drive away. Highly recommended!

Loved everything about the villa, from the pool to the rooms it was absolutely amazing. The host was really caring and made sure me and my friends had an amazing stay. There's absolutely nothing I wouldn't change and I would come to Rhodes to stay here again.

there's nothing I didn't enjoy.

We rented three adjacent villas on the beach, the villas were very clean, each villa has a swimming pool, there is an excellent adjacent parking lot, the villas are equipped with everything you need, including kitchen utensils, towels, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a large television and internet, nearby there is A nice town called Gennadi, with excellent restaurants at excellent prices, spectacular beaches, every morning we woke up to see an amazing sunrise, twenty minutes from the place there is the meeting between the Aegean Sea and the Mediterranean Sea with an amazing beach.
