Fantastic pool with beautiful sea views

Lovely villa, has everything you need! Pool is a great size with plenty of room to park a car. Kyriakos is a wonderful host and very helpful!

very clean and had everything we needed. our host was very attentive and made sure we had everything and also gave us great suggestions on where to go.

Outside vegetation attracted mosquitos when wind stopped. Walk to town is dangerous

It was exceptional, we stayed as a family of 5 and it felt like home , the owner is super attentive and extremely welcoming and all the amenities were upto par, beautiul location , a very short distance from naousa downtown..spent mornings by the poolside soaking in sun and the beautiful views. Can't fault anything .

The villa was perfect for our party of eight, plenty of space inside and out. The kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine means you don't have to pack so much. The pool was lovely and there were enough beds for everyone. Kyriakos the owner is a very friendly and helpful host. His recommendations for restaurants and places to visit were spot on. I would recommend getting a hire car as carrying shopping back from the supermarket in the heat is a challenge, also there are plenty of places to visit and beaches to go to.

Although the walk into town is manageable if you are averagely fit it is not a pleasant walk due to the lack of a footpath for a large part of it, the road is pretty busy. This is obviously not the fault of the property so nothing that they could do about it.

Great views of the vineyard and countryside. Pool was fantastic for the kids, specially toward the end of the day. The villa is well equipped and spacious. You can tell the owner (Kyriakos) spared no expense in keeping the villas up to date. Kyriakos is a wealth of knowledge providing specific details regarding sites and restaurants to visit in Paros. His suggestion to visit the mountain village of Lefkes was on point. Kyriakos was very responsive to our needs during our 3-night stay.

There is a bizarre 2-hour quiet time between 3-5pm due to a problematic neighbor. Kyriakos was upfront and transparent with us regarding the regulations and circumstances. Not a complaint, just something to factor in when using the pool in the afternoon.
