The views were simply spectacular. Al fresco breakfast on the terrace at sunrise every day! Beautiful and very private pool area. We hired a 4x4 Jimny which was great for trips to town and exploring the more remote areas of the island.

Some of the outdoor furnishings and kitchen equipment require updating. The bathroom drainage was somewhat fragrant at times!

The Villa was set high up in the mountain, the view was amazing. There were 3 seating areas outside which where great for eating / relaxing. The pool although a little small was great for a dip. The bedrooms where spacious with full air con, very clean and tidy. Our host Alex was very kind and friendly and helped with recommendations for beaches / restaurants and places to visit. All in all a very lovely villa in a remote quiet location perfect for a very relaxing week in the sun. We choose not to hire a car, (you will need one villa is extremely tough walk to top of mountain) but did have a very lovely taxi driver that picked us up at the airport who then became our regular driver for the week. He was very kind and helpful in accommodating trips to the shops / supermarkets. All in all a very lovely quiet relaxing holiday

The bathroom was a little compact, with door opening right onto the toilet. Alex informed us on arrival the shower was working but the head was broken, he did arrange to get this fixed the following day. The drains did smell some days better than others. Some of the kitchen cupboard doors were loose and little temperamental. There was a broken blind in one of the bedrooms. All in all these were little niggles that could easily be fixed before we arrived. The pool didn't get cleaned for a few days (due to a problem at another villa) so on our last day it was not usable till 4pm which was a little disappointing. One suggestion being in the location that it, is a "guest welcome basket", with say bottled water. tea. coffee milk. We had nothing on arrival so the had to get a taxi to Supermarket just for a drink.

The location is amazing with a breathtaking view at the Skiathos harbor and surrounding islands. The little pool is nice, but it was cleaned only the 3rd day after we got there... Our hostess Dimi was very nice and helpful!

There are many issues regarding the maintenance (shower, draperies, lights, kitchen funiture, pool cleaning etc.). Also, the place needs a thorough disinsection, we were heavily bitten by spiders and other bugs. The house is much too small for 2 families, it fits at most a couple with 1-2 kids. There is only one small bathroom, another toilet would have been very nice. The pool furniture is broken and filthy. There is a storage room full of debris and garbage that must be cleaned and sanitized. In summary: the place is far too expensive for the amenities you get! Actually, you pay only for the gorgeous location and peacefulness, which is maybe worthwhile...

The view is amazing, water pressure was great, hot water was really hot, the sitting areas were aligned with the sunrise. Breakfast place in the sun, 2 hangout spots at the pool for afternoons. Lighting in the living room was great. The pool !!! 😍 amazing! Eagles roaming around, beautiful flowers and old lovely olive trees!! The place is a But more rustic than it appears on the pictures but charming!

The kitchen could be a bit better equipped, there’s a coffee machine but no coffee only tea so I ended up buying instant coffee. I was probably the last tenant of the season and just after some heavy rains… so I was fine with that… a lightbulb here and there didn’t work, the kitchen cabinets need some minor fixing and the rain shower didn’t work but there was a newer normal shower working well.
