"Great choice for a family villa far from the crowds on Zakynthos"

Perfectly situated, great view over one of the quieter beaches on the island. Well appointed villa with ideal pool for a family. Hosts couldn’t be nicer.

Het was schoon. Goede wifi. Fantastisch uitzicht en dichtbij zee. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Alles aanwezig in het huis. Rustige omgeving. Niette toeristisch. Restaurants op loopafstand.

De bedden waren erg hard. Het is gehorig (je hoort de bovenburen als ze meubels verschuiven of rennen).

Xigia Beach Residence offers a super cozy and peaceful location – perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, and they also run a small food truck down by the beach, which is a great bonus. I can absolutely recommend staying here!

"Perfect stay for a family and children."

Fabulous peaceful location with three beaches and tavernas within walking distance. Our hosts Kiriaki and Nicolai were so welcoming and accommodating to our every need, arranging boats and transfers. The villa was very clean and the pool was perfect for a toddler and adults. Magnificent views and would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We stayed in the Standard Villa and really loved the accommodation. It was spacious and had all the amenities listed in the description. There was also spacious dedicated parking for our hire car. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating to our needs and wishes and were always available if we needed for anything during our stay.
