GBWe loved our stay in this gorgeous house. The villa is exactly like the photos - but the view is even more spectacular! The huge windows in the living room make the most of the view even from inside. Outside has the lovely pool area and great shaded seating area with comfy furniture. Inside there is a well equipped kitchen, great living room and dining area , comfortable beds and great shower. It is peace perfect peace! A car is needed but you are only 15-20 minute drive to Heraklion. Konstantinos is a great host - perfect communication throughout and very easy check in / check out. We wished we could’ve stayed longer and would definitely return. Highly recommended. Thanks for everything Konstantinos and family!

DETraumhafte Aussicht aufs Meer, tolle Poolanlage, viele Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien, sehr schöne Einrichtung- im Wohnzimmer mit Panoramafenster, Küche alles vorhanden, Fenster alle mit Verdunklung und Insektenschutz. Super Aufenthalt - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt !!!

Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas chauffée pour notre séjour début octobre, mais après je ne pense pas que ce détail sois gênant pour ceux qui viennent en été !
EEThe house is beautiful, very comfortable, clean, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing stay. The location is great with fresh air and nature all around – ideal for a family holiday. Konstantin was an exceptional host – he kept in touch, asked how we were doing, and quickly solved any issues that came up. We felt very well taken care of and would gladly return!

NLWe absolutely loved our stay at Villa Balcony. The hosts were so friendly and lovely. Konstantinos came to pick us up at the airport to show us the way to the villa, as it is a bit hard to find on your own. His family was there to welcome us and we felt right at home, they even got us some drinks and snacks. The view is stunning, absolutely amazing. Everything is clean, we got a lot of towels and the host regularly checked in to see if we needed anything, if the pool needed cleaning etc. I went there with my family and we definitly recommed visiting Villa Balcony. Konstantinos and family, thank you again for an amazing holdiay!

ATWe had a fantastic time at the villa! It is truly equipped with everything you need, whether it's for cooking, games for kids, a washing machine, TV, etc. The view is absolutely stunning; it's worth waking up before sunrise just to admire this natural spectacle. Our host already awaited us at the airport and immediately helped us when we had issues with the car rental station. They escorted us to the villa even though we arrived so late. The welcome was very warm yet unobtrusive, just like our entire stay. We highly recommend the villa and are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you Konstantinos
BGThe name of the property says it all - very comfortable and cozy villa with fantastic porch and amazing view (to Heraklion bay and the city). It is very well equipped and has everything you can need. The hosts are very kind and responsive and made us feel like home. The villa is very quite and you really can enjoy the view and relax. You could also enjoy the view through the telescope in the villa. We did it and it was magnificent. Just you have to know that the place is good if you have a car because the nearest taverna is around 15 min. walking distance and the nearest minimarket - over 20 min. The nearest beach is may be 10-15 min. by car (no bus stop). We really enjoyed our stay. It turned out that the villa was big so we would love to turn back with friends or family.
ITThe house is amazing, everything was clean and it looks freshly renovated. The view is simply stunning. It’s perfect for groups and my friends and I really enjoyed the stay here. The host even waited for us at the airport to show us how to get to the property (otherwise with Maps we would’ve ended up taking terrible roads), and he gave us tips on where to eat and what to do.
