Gems of Zagora

All-in-all, the villa was a great choice for us (a group of 3 friends). This charming place tucked in the mountain village of Zagora was definitely a "gem." The moment we walked in, we immediately felt the calm of being at home. With a cosy living room and kitchen area that led to the balcony looking over the inviting pool. The upstairs floor housed the master bedroom that had more than enough space for two. There is no need to pull from our suitcases since there were drawers to put our clothes. A spacious bathroom with a shower with great water pressure. And a quite comfortable queen size bed that allowed us to sleep with no issue. Our friend stayed in the downstairs bedroom, which was smaller, but still had enough room if two people were to sleep there. Even though it was close to the main road, the village was quiet, and we couldn't hear a single car driving by. That pool was a perfect temperature for the late August-early September weather. Fit with a barbecue to boot! It was such a great stay! For a couple, friends or a family... this gem of a villa is definitely worth returning for a longer stay and is highly recommended in my book.]

We were there over Christmas. The fireplace was the best part of the house. The owners were very kind to provide extra wood..the rating for 2 people would be an 8/10

Personally the mattress was too soft. Although the property has three bedrooms, and can potentially accommodate up to 8 people, the common living space would be tight for 4 people if everyone was indoor. The glass bathroom doors make this loud "bang" noise when opened past the halfway mark which is not ideal at night. Location wise, Zagora would be good over the summer due to the proximity of the beach, winter wise and if you want to explore the surrounding areas, it's a bit far from all the other places in Pilion. Parking at the property is at best a small challenge, but not a detriment as there are plenty of parking places on the main road,

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this exceptional house in Zagora, Pelion, Greece. The house was immaculate, stylishly furnished, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, offering easy access to the village center, dining, and shopping. Ranny (the host) was equally outstanding—warm, welcoming, and incredibly responsive. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant, providing valuable local tips and making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, my experience was nothing short of perfect, and I highly recommend this house and its fantastic host to anyone visiting Zagora in Pelion.

Very strange bedroom arrangement and very uncomfortable beds! the villa has 3 floors, so there are 2 bedrooms out of 4 are located on bacement floor, that looks much worse then up floor and do not have a/c. this bedrooms arrangement is very strange and not always suitable for family with kids - especially disturbing fact that it was not specified in rooms description. Also in all room there are no mosqioto nets on the windows, so you can't open windows at evening baecause of moscitosq bags flying, and all beds in 4 rooms are very uncomfarble. We rented the villa for 5 night, and were very disapointed by the rooms and beds arrangement. Also the entire impresion of the villa is pretty poor/ basic designed, and doesn't look so nice and cozy as seen on pictures.

The place, the accommodation and most importantly the people managing were amazing! Kind and friendly and always willing to help us. We are going back defiantly

Two rooms out of four are in the basement with a very fiew small windows up at the silling, not suitable even for sleeping neither for living. Bathrooms small, living room also to small for four badrooms. Need renovation
