Basics for arrivals for guests - kitchen mostly, minimum stock to be able to use the kitchen and clean dishes is required for a self service accommodation that’s not being cleaned daily by cleaners. 2. ⁠the host should be more equipped and guide and walk through of facilities and how too use guide- not just water heater instructions, everything including where to find mosquito repellent which is essential the amount of mosquitoes in the villa. 3. ⁠top level mezzanine- sofa bed was dirty and had blood stain (or looked like) on it - unacceptable for standard of place & price etc., shouldn’t be classed as a bedroom. 4. ⁠lack of utensils for basic needs in kitchen - not one chopping knife for use. 5. ⁠WiFi was terrible - worked less than 50% of the time only in certain spots.
