Villa Luminous

Villa is great! Very spacious, clean and with beautiful views towards the sea. Perfect location, just a short walk to the beach. Grocery store was a minute away. Outside space is perfect for entertainment and to enjoy the summer nights.

No complaints at all.

It was very well equipped, great facilities and the location was so close to the beach and direct routes to Kavala and Nea Peramos. It was also a short way to the routes to Philipi, Alistrati Cave, and Xanthi, which we visited after a swim in the pool in the morning, with a swim in the sea after we returned from our exploring. Plenty of room for the 8 of us.

The bottom level doesn't have air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms and it was noisy from the indoor pool if the door was kept open at night to stay cool. A fan would have been useful.

The Villa is very nice it has a great view and space, it also has a lot of bedrooms and enough bathroom for big groups. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to cook in terms of equipment, same as the barbecue on the terrace. The location is great, it has a big supermarket nearby, which is more than useful and a lot of parking spots around. Additionally there are two entrances, which was again very convenient for a big group of people. The hosts were very kind and helpful, they advised us for some local specific and did not rushed us to leave, so we had a calm morning before leaving the property, which was the perfect end of our stay.

The inside pool is a cool idea, but because of it inside the house was a bit more humid.

We spend really a wonderful time in the villa and our host Margarita was really responsive and kind. We were 6 couples with two babies and one kid. The veranda and the living room were really huge and perfect for us. I am not sure if one could find a better located villa with this size in Nea Iraklitsa. The supermarket was just next to the villa and the beach just across the street - 3 min on foot just like the city center and the main street.

Nothing negative about the villa! Only the awful neighbor. Be careful with this really unpleasant local person having a sense of ownership of the public street behind the villa where everyone is parking. He managed to lift one of our car’s wipers and damaged the paint of the car because our car was parked partially in front of his villa. Ofc this was due to another car with a greek plate number that was parked in front of our villa for that specific day…

It is beautiful and has a perfect location with amazing views.

The location is spot on: 3 minutes walk to the beach and you have a super market right next to you. The host was very nice and always available for questions. I was impressed by the cleaness level: the outdoor pool was cleaned every day and for our 1 week stay, we had cleaning services in 2 days and every time the house was shining. Last but not least, the house is very well equipped, you have everything that you need for a perfect holiday. For those that are wondering (because I was nervous too before arriving): even though the house is right next to a big street, there is no noise at night, due to the good level of sound insolation of the house.
