Villa Ocean View with Heated Pool

Einrichtung schon in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise kaputt Pool sehr kalt, daher kaum benutzbar gewesen

just for info.. you are not renting the entire villa, but only the lower apartment (3 bedrooms) in a semi-detached villa (4 apartments in total), the upper apartment is occupied by the owner, the owner was nice, helpful, quiet, we didn't even know he was staying there, we had good luck with the neighbors in the other half of the villa, a young family, so also no problem with noise... so we were satisfied in the end

the apartment already requires minor repairs

The rooms were spacious, we enjoyed having our own bathrooms. There were 2 primary bedrooms which was nice if traveling with 2 families. The water was within walking distance. We enjoyed the drive and swimming at Dragon's Eye.

The view from our deck was blocked by the house in front of us. Our neighbors had a spectacular view though. The town was near but not walkable. The tiki bar was just that...nothing special nor a social hangout. We didn't realize the beach slips for sunbathing were assigned to specific rentals. It seemed like the one closest to our location was always full. When we visited another location, a family asked us to leave. The town was nice, some good restaurants, and shopping. We had a choice of grocery stores.

The house is really spacious and has everything we needed for a pleasant vacation - everything in the kitchen, towels, washing machines, dryers. The view from the house is amazing, the beach is really close and well maintained. The best part was the heated pool. To swim in november.. great experience. The house was clean, the owner was really available for any questions during our stay. We would recommend to spend a vacation here to everyone.
