Central 1 Bedroom Villa 5 Min walk to Seminyak Beach

Location is great. It’s situated on a laneway off a busy road so it’s nice and quiet when relaxing by the pool after a day of walking around exploring and shopping. The air conditioning is nice and cold! The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Communication with the team prior to arrival and during my stay was always quick and everyone is so helpful, friendly and kind. Rosemary was actually travelling overseas but was always quick to respond to my questions!

The narrow staircase created an issue trying to carry a heavy suitcase up and then there is no room for it upstairs. There is an option of utilising the cupboard space for clothes so you’re not having to walk downstairs to get dressed after a shower. Bit of advice for tall people like me - duck your head at the Seminyak sign lol

Absolutely cracking location and any needs, queries, issues etc are immediately answered by Rosemary at any time. Rob, then makes contact and also shows his desire to ensure the stay is comfortable and reflects the advertisement. Pool and downstairs space perfect.

No real issues for my needs. It could do with a spruce up upstairs and in bathroom if I'm honest. The average traveller nowadays also wants a T.v in downstairs space as well as the one upstairs. Ensure both T.v's have Netflix, as only able to watch local digital tv when trying to settle at night etc. Watching sport or a movie from the pool or lounge space on a quiet afternoon would be gd.....but for the location, you're primarily out n about alot, not watching t.v!!. But it would prob be a gd addition since you asked!!.

Super Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand oder zur Mall, ruhig gelegen in einer kleinen Seitenstraße, sehr schöne und gemütliche Villa mit allem was man braucht, sehr freundliche Managerin und Mitarbeiter, absolut empfehlenswert
