aircon at 1st floor didnt work, 2nd floor not that cool, no kitchen facility

In general it would be a nice place, with the apartments in the middle of many plants and trees. The pool of our apartment was private and out of sight of other visitors.

The whole area seems not well maintained. Very dirty, old and dirty bath equipment. I don't know, when the outside kitchen has been cleaned the last time. A huge stain spot on the ceiling of the bathroom, (fresh?) water was leaking from the toilet, flowing over the floor to the shower. One wall outlet next to the bed was dead. Someone could have fetched the leaves out of the pool, before we arrived. We didn't see any other visitors, so there wasn't too much to do. But when we left the breakfast table to go for a walk and came back 2h later, our remains were still not taken from the table. The staff definitely should do more during the day, then the whole place would not look so rotten. It could be a really cosy place, but the bright and shiny fotos must have been taken 10 years ago, when everything was still new! Plus the name "Villa" is misleading. It were 2 separated medium-sized rooms, ground and 1st floor, with a bath on-suite. During a thunderstorm our electricity was down. We thought, it was a general problem and waited. In vain. Turned out, the remaining electricity credit (prepaid) was just used up! What a waste of time. When checking out, only cash payment was possible. No credit card, no QRIS. The staff was trying to help, but we couldn't get any cashless alternative to work. We won't come back here.

清潔感が不足している。 毎日の部屋の清掃があれば良い。 洗濯機が付属していれば更に良いと思います。

Nothing to like here, villa is a bit different than in the real pictures, smaller, not so clean, small garden, full of mosquitos. The customer service guy was very welcoming, and accepted to cancel the booking with not extra costs (despite the villa's policy of no money back when booking).

Arrived with 2 kids in the evening, after 5 min of entering we had to cancel. We noticed a very strong perfume smell, had health issues staying inside, eyes watering, hard to breath. The guy offered another villa next to it, but once we entered we knew exactly why the perfume was so strong in our 1st location: to cover the dump smell, it was awful, because of the humidity and not keeping the rooms aerated properly all the time they is a moisture dump smell all over. Bathrooms are not very clean either, water leaking sports on the walls, water pressure issues, mosquitos everywhere, very tiny pool and garden inexistent, tiny patch of grass and stones. The rooms were at different floor separated by a tiny corridor with high stair not suitable for small children to go up and down.

Location, private pool, clean bathroom, almost unsweetened yogurt with muesli as an option for breakfast.

The villa needs some renovation and repair (the terrace roof is leaking, not all outlets in the rooms are working).

Très sale, la cuisine est d une crasse!!! Douche HS dans la chambre de l étage Petit déjeuné pas terrible, notamment le pancake à la banane pas cuit et sans banane!!! Le personnel est gentil mais complètement endormi L hôtel n est pas tenu

The accomodation has potential, but firstly they should clean it from the ground to the roof. The same goes also for garden part. Everything looks very neglected. Everything you thouch is sticky and full of dust. The pool part is also story for itself. Aside frogs that are plenty(i can understand this as everything is green around) there is definitely need to have a gardener to clean and cut some bushes arond. So overall, the price is definitely too high for accommodation that they offer .

奥まった場所にあり、良くも悪くもややわかりにくい場所にある。メインのビーチまでは多少距離があり店などから遠い。

Le logement est très sympa, la piscine aussi. Les chambres sont grandes et il y a de la place. Le personnel est très disponible et sympathique. Ils nous ont donné des renseignements très précieux. Possibilité de faire une machine egalement. Et gros big up a Joko, le chauffeur de la villa.

Tout est bien, juste penser à prendre des boules quies car l’appel à la prière vers 4/5h risque de vous réveiller
