Stone House

We spent a fantastic week at the Stone House and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and cleverly divided into two wings, which worked perfectly for our group of six. The large open-plan kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The pool was just the right size for relaxing, and the garden is beautifully maintained. Its remote location made it wonderfully peaceful, yet it was also a great base for day trips – we visited Rovinj, Pula, Motovun, and several beaches with ease. The hosts, Ana and Mathew were thoughtful, responsive, and always available when needed.

If there’s one small point for improvement: one piece of furniture near the staircase leading to the two bedrooms in the right wing was broken and should ideally be replaced. Also, a few screws in the kitchen floor were sticking out slightly in places. Not a major issue, but something to be aware of. Otherwise, everything was top-notch – especially the generously sized bathroom in the left wing, which was a real highlight.

Beautiful villa. Immaculately clean with everything you could possibly need for your holiday. The pool is a good size and the air-conditioning was a very welcome addition! Excellent central location to explore the Istrian peninsula.

We were a group of friends and had an amazing stay at Stone House. The house is very well equipped, super clean and perfect for a relaxing holiday. We had a little issue, when we stayed at the house, but it was taken care of immediately. We would definitely stay there again 😊

Great quite location, perfect for our need, off street parking and a wonderful village restaurant.
