Marijan was the perfect host, not only was he waiting for us at the property when we arrived late at 10pm, but he gave us various restaurant recommendations and some wine and figs. He gave us his phone number so that we could be in touch as and when we needed to and provided absolutely perfect communication. We couldn't have asked for more. Marijan was also there when we left, to see us off. The villa is fabulous, very spacious and fitted out to a very high standard throughout. All utensils, towels, washing powder, dishwasher tablets etc. included which made our stay feel like a very luxurious, home from home. Whilst there were only four of us, it would have still been very spacious with 6. You could easily fit twice as many as that around the pool, which has a very large terrace and if you are driving then there is ample private space for parking at the front of the villa. Thanks very much Marijan, we had a fabulous holiday and you were the perfect host. Highly recommended.

The only thing that could be considered a negative for some people is that the villa is 100M above sea-level. It's about a kilometre from the promenade, so its a hike up a pretty steep hill. That wasn't a problem for us, albeit we did on occasion get a few grumbles from the kids (usually solved with an ice cream or sweets bribe), but if you are unfit or have reduced mobility then you'd probably need to hire a car to make your stay a bit more comfortable. You certainly wouldn't want to tackle the hill if you use a walking stick or a wheelchair. Alternatively you could just get a taxi back from the harbour, which on the one occasion we did do it (a treat for my son on his birthday), took about 10 mins and cost 100 Kuna.

The villa is amazing! it has AC wherever you need it to have one, the pool is amazing and big and has jets. We loved staying here! The kitchen was amazing and the host provided us with everything we needed. The view on the sea is also amazing and the neighbours are super quiet which is also what we loved. The bed was super comfortable and spacious for two people as well. The outside shower even has warm water. The tip here is that it makes sense to have w car with you!
