Ferienhaus Luka

The host was really friendly; we were able to check in early and check out late without any extra charges. We were given a tour of the house and shown how everything worked and where to find things. Ferienhaus Luka is a fantastic spot to relax. Spacious and spotlessly clean terraced house, with its own parking, patio, a barbecue area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a rooftop sun terrace – complete with a hot tub and breathtaking view of the sunset over the Adriatic. There were 4 bikes in the garage, which we used to cycle along Zadar’s coastal promenade. The kitchen was fully equipped – literally everything you could need (coffee machine!! – thank you)... and a nice surprise in the fridge – wine :) There were mosquito nets on all the windows, which meant we could wake up to the sound of birds singing (without buzzing mosquitoes). We didn’t use the air conditioning, but there was some in every room. perfect place for holidays!

Modern, clean, great roof terrace, well equipped including bilkes and jacuzzi, very near the sea, helpful host

Bit of a trek into the old town but fine if you’re happy cycling. Need to be careful not to leave a key in the door so you can’t get back in!

The villa was super great location and facilities. Exactly like as in photos. All clean and short walk to old town 20mins. Views from roof great. Hosts were very helpful.
