We loved staying this villa!! Property was exactly as described. Very beautiful, big villa with olive trees. We loved having connivence of washer and dryers, 2 bikes , and a paddle-board to use.

Really nice and modern house, three levels, nicely equipped

The primary reason I rented this house was the sea view from the outside table and it's completely blocked by the shrubs that are much taller now than when their photos were taken. I haven't been on the island in 35 years and I wanted a property with a sea view from the outside table. My family waited 30mins for me to figure out the trick to close the sliding door at the middle level - push the door inwards firmly as soon as it starts sliding open to lock in/enable latch for closure. Apparently previous guests experienced the same issue and no warning or instructions were given.

The villa was in a good location and was well supplied with plates and kitchen utensils.

Sea views and access, nice semi-independent apartments on each floor, good appliances, comfy beds and bedding, good terrace and balcony.

Waste paper baskets would be good in bathroom, more pillows would be good, hard to close patio doors, shower floors were slippery.

The House has a very good location (15min walk to Jelsa) and 2 min walk to the beach. There’s a beautifull views here. House equipment is very good, we had evetything what we needed, and very good quality. The host is very friendly helpfull and was always at our disposal when we needed. House has 3bathrooms and 2 kitchens, so it’s very comfortable for 7 people, there’s a lot of space in the house. We recomend this accomodation if you want to have a good time in the Croatia! We hope to came back here soon!!

The three floors allowed our group of 10 to congregate in the middle floor kitchen and outside sitting area while still have spaces on the other floors that allowed for freedom. The views on the 2nd and 3rd levels were of the water and neighboring islands. The beds were comfortable. The home was located with immediate beach access and the shopping and restaurants of Jelsa were less than 10 minute drive or a beautiful 15 to 20 min walk. Jelsa had great gelato, restaurants, and a calm, enjoyable vibe. This house is great if you want to be close to adventure but not in a busy or touristy space. You can get to more touristy things very quickly but we also liked to hang out with the great views, access the water, and nice walks. The air conditioning worked well, the washer and driver worked well and were stocked with detergent, the host provided delicious coffee, and the kitchens were well stocked including spices and olive oil. The host also provided an inflatable stand up paddle board that we enjoyed several times. The host met us at the apartment, providing us with keys and giving us some tips for the stay. She communicated quickly and professionally and we took her advice for several restaurants and boats (we took a day trip to Bol, Brac. She met us at the end to collect the keys. Though our group tried to clean, take out trash, and be decent humans, there was no expectation of cleaning before check out.

There were no complaints. We would have utilized a full size coffee pot if one were there (the host did provide single serve espresso pods). The upper and main floors had two bedrooms each. The main living space and one bedroom have AC so it was necessary to leave the bedroom doors open to share the AC.

Beautiful house, great easygoing hosts. Kitchen is well equipped, you can cook almost everything. Big terrace with a table that sits plenty. Huge recommendation for bigger groups that want to enjoy some quality time.
