Nico was very helpful- always keen to ensure everything is going well for us. The swimming pool is well-maintained, and we spent a lot of time in it. The outdoor space at Petra is very spacious, which is a rare thing to find in most properties. The location is very nice, quiet and centrally located such that you can reach other parts of the island easily. Oia is just a 20-minute drive. Great sea view from the room balcony.

The kitchen is certainly not equipped enough for self-catering. The utensils are generally not sufficient- they need to add more of everything to be honest. The appliances also need to be modernised. The TV is rarely useful with no streaming option. The shower temperature is too high. It takes time for the water to warm up, but if you turn it too high, it quickly reaches above the boiling point. My son burned his hand accidentally. This needs to be addressed urgently. The shower cubicle is also dated, the hose is coming off, and it needs refurbishment.

These villas are an oasis. So much space, amazing pool, sun and a light breeze all day, and just a few minutes drive from all the hotspots. Marina and her team could not have been more welcoming or helpful, and they bent over backwards to help us with everything we could need. Thoroughly recommend staying here. Le wifi et la TV

Amazing structure, amazing service and welcoming. The apt is new, clean, well designed, the private outdoor area is very chill, elegant. The staff is extremely kind, warm and helpful. We organized a birthday for a friend and it was super. Extremely recommended.

Everything is great. If the pool was heated it would have been perfect.

Alles is tot in de puntjes goed geregeld. Marina, de manager, stond ons al op te wachten bij de receptie en begeleidde ons persoonlijk naar de villa. Daar kregen we de sleutels overhandigd en een korte uitleg. Erg prettig en gastvrij ontvangst! Alles aan ons verblijf is ons uitstekend bevallen. De villa is prachtig en wordt dagelijks grondig schoongemaakt. Marina was ontzettend behulpzaam – of het nu ging om het regelen van een taxi, het reserveren van restaurants of het boeken van excursies, niets was haar teveel. De indeling met drie slaapkamers en drie badkamers was perfect voor ons gezelschap. Het privézwembad, dat ook dagelijks werd onderhouden, was echt een extra pluspunt. We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad en komen zeker nog eens terug!

Host were waiting for us, collected all the documents and then walked us through the property explaining all the details. They have also provided a whatsapp number to contact then at any time. The house was cleaned every day, and they change linen every two days. Pool was daily cleaned too. The villa is very new, everything was really well presented and rooms are big and confortable, all of them with in suite bathroom.

Honestly, everything was great. A small detail: the villa is for 6 people however there are some glassware, cutlery and tableware not enough.
