1. Relative Isolation: The distance from major attractions like Oia and Fira may be a drawback for those who prefer being close to tourist activities, requiring car rentals or frequent use of transfers. 2. No Direct Beach Access: The villas are not directly on the beach, and accessing beaches requires additional travel, which may be inconvenient for guests looking for a beachfront experience.

The staff are exceptional. Stam was able to arrange anything. We had 18 people over 5 villas which is stressful but Stam got transport and bookings sorted brilliantly. You are away from the madness of the main towns but close enough to drop in when we wanted.

Definitely need a car. But that’s not necessarily a negative.

Нам понравилось всё!!! Чисто, постели в меру мягкие, подушки удобные) много мест для незабываемых фото! Дети в восторге от бассейна! Не далеко от города, 5-7 минут на машине.

Η ευρυχωρία την δωματίων, η αίσθηση χαλάρωσης που αποπνέει ο χώρος μέσα και έξω, οι παροχές, το πλούσιο πρωινό που σερβίρεται σε καλάθι στη βίλα, η εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό, η διαχείριση από τον κ. Σταμάτη.

Η ατυχία που είχαμε για ένα βράδυ όταν οι νεαροί ένοικοι από τη διπλανή βίλα οργάνωσαν ένα νυκτερινό πάρτυ με δυνατή μουσική.

La struttura più bella in assoluto in cui abbia alloggiato!! Fantastica , pulita , personale gentile ed accogliente , una favola !! Colazione abbondante e fresca tutte le mattine !!

Quite hard for local taxi / visitors to find which was frustrating as the signage to the villa and directions are not clear or big enough.

Amazing place and service. Stamatis was very helpful with everything and went over and above to assist us.
