Villa Kovach

Die Lage ist top trotz stark befahrener Strasse. In wenigen Minuten ist man in der Altstadt. Es ist im Haus alles vorhanden, was man braucht.

Die Lage war perfekt

Vila labai erdvi. Labiausiai patiko jos vieta miestelyje - labai patogu pėstute pasivaikščioti, vakare nueiti pavalgyti, ar dieną aplankyti pliažus, taip pat istorinius objektus, kurių miestelyje gausu. Už baseino pašildymą reikia sumokėti, bet tai buvo geriausiai išleisti pinigai per visas atostogas - baseinas puikus, temperatūra apie 28 laipsnius, labai labai patiko. Vila turi krosnį, gali pasikepti vietiniame uoste nusipirktas žuvis. Trys miegamieji, vienas jų yra apatiniame aukšte, atskirai nuo kitų dviejų. Dvi vonios ir net trys WC, labai jauki svetainės erdvė. Patogi virtuvė su viskuo, ko reikia gaminti valgyti.

Miegamasis apatiniame aukšte galėtų turėti įstiklintas duris ir ventiliaciją, tada būtų labai puiku.

„Garagenzimmer“ war gewohnheitsbedürftig

The house is a holiday destination in itself. Location is fantastic, and the private parking for the car was great. The house is well-appointed, comfortable, has everything one might possibly need, generous terraces for private sunbathing, tastefully designed stone-paved paths and stairs, fast wi-fi, nice beds and other furniture, and even a piano. And the swimming pool, of course. The host was helpful, accmmodating and easy to reach.

Most doors could use a bit of oil: they all creak merrily every time you open or close them. But that's a minor quibble.

The villa has large rooms, is well equiped, the pool and area is clean. The view is exceptional, you can see the boats going and coming into the Krk harbour. The Krk old citadel is just at 5 minutes by foot. Mr Z helped with the all questions we had and was an excellent host.
