Everything was perfect! Huge outdoor area with a lovely size living space! The hosts were incredible, Theo and Litsa! Made me and my family feel super welcome and were always on hand to help us when needed. If you need a transfer to and from airport, speak to hosts.

"Holiday Ruined"

Service was distinctly lacking at this accommodation. I booked back in March 2022 for a July stay and exchanged general arrangement correspondence with the host. At no time within the cancellation window were we advised that in his view, additional funds over and above the booking.com stated value were owed. The price in full for all guests as per booking.com contract was taken from my card some seven days in advance of arrival. I have all paperwork to support this. On arrival late evening to the property, I was presented with the news I owed additional money for the stay. What followed through the week was a relentless pursuit of payment (to be in cash naturally), with my discomfort being at the property mounting. If leaving was an option I would have taken it. Following an "exchange" I informed the host I would be taking this matter up with Booking.com. My reservation record with Booking.com was then cancelled by the host stating we had been a no show to the accommodation at time of check-in, some six days prior. I will leave you to draw your own conclusions from this action. I requested reinstatement of the reservation via Booking.com so I can pursue this behaviour with them further. My advice here however, to any prospective customers, is to simply avoid. Find a holiday you can enjoy, which is all anyone wants right?

"Amazing and relaxing vacation"

Theo and Litsa were amazing hosts. They gave us useful advices and were very kind and helpful right away, making us feel at home. The apartment was clean and very nice and the breakfast was great. Thanks Litsa and Theo, you made our stay in Santorini even more beautiful.
