The private pool. Staff are lovely. Breakfast good.

It’s a long walk up to Main Street to catch a cab for a couple in 70s unless you are willing to hop on a bike. Have to dodge bikes and holes in pavement. Walking into Ubud central is a dangerous road with the traffic. Mould in shower and scum on glass.

The location was excellent, close to many good warungs and restaurants. Yana and her staff were very attentive, responsive, polite and friendly. The villa was cleaned daily which was nice. It's quiet and peaceful at night so you get a good sleep. There was a problem with the aircon in one of the villas and they fixed it promptly so we weren't without it for long. Drinking water dispenser and fridge in the kitchen were really great to have, and was convenient. The pool was gorgeous and we spent a good amount of time just relaxing and enjoying it in between our other activities, it was great.

The microwave in the kitchen needs a good clean - we didn't want to use it because it didn't look clean. There are no hangers or hooks in the bedrooms, although there is ample shelving for your clothes etc, it would be nice to have a few hooks and hangers for us to hang our dresses, trousers, etc. Just a suggestion to help improve the experience overall. The beds are a little hard - I like firm mattresses but these were a little too firm. Also some of the paint on the walls is bubbling/peeling so gives it a bit of a rundown look.

The accommodation is in a nice little location with little cafes and restaurants close by. Yana the host picked up my daughter from the airport and very helpful answering my questions before our stay but unfortunately I never met him.

The place was comfortable and good value for money but the kitchen amenities let it down (no kitchen dishcloth or tea towels and no hot water and sink was blocked). I was looking forward to meeting our hosts whom I had read lovely reviews about but never saw them.

Absolutely wonderful stay, beautifully cooked breakfast, gardens are stunning and the pool just glorious.

Staff mahendra and his partner is very kind they will do everything to make your stay comfortable.

Location is not as good as it suppose to be. No 4 wheeler can reach hotel you will hv to walk down 10minute from narrow patch.
