The location is fabulous. Right on the water and in the heart of candidasa. Close to The Dining Room for supplies and local shops.

Beautiful Tuscany style private Villa The pool was beautiful and had a fabulous view over the ocean The Villa is very spacious and the beds are very comfortable Each room (2) has it's own bathroom and Air conditioner which is needed Our daily breakfast cooked for our family in the Villa by the Villa Manager (Wayan) was absolutely beautiful 😍 Wayan was very attentive and offered us amazing information about the surrounding area of Candi Dasa. We felt at home and are grateful to all the Villa Staff for making us feel at home during our stay 🙏❤️

Beautiful Tuscany style private Villa, however is a little run down and needs some maintenance attention The pool was beautiful and had a fabulous view over the ocean, however it was deceivingly deep with no shallow area for children younger than 10yrs to be able to stand. My children were older so our stay didn't pose a problem with the pool but something to consider if you have younger kids. There is construction going on along the front of the Villa and all other Villa's & Rooms that face on to the ocean side to upgrade & restore Cadi Dasa Beach Apparently this project will be completed within 2 years. We were not warned about this therefore slightly shocked when the Diggers started loading massive rocks into the Truck's out the back of our Villa at 5.30am when it was still dark! They are working with the tide so they can start as early as 3am if they need to! Believe me, it's loud! No sleeping in on this Holiday! It's the same for everyone along the Candi Dasa Beach Strip I was told that they mentioned the construction in the fine print of my booking before payment, however I didn't see it and told Villa Manager it should be made BOLD in the general information about the hotel on the search as this is where you will be notified of something this significant that may affect your Bali holiday experience negatively.

Wat een fantastische ervaring! De villa is prachtig en van alle gemakken voorzien, maar wat ons verblijf écht onvergetelijk maakte was de warmte en zorg van manager Wayan en haar team. Ze stonden altijd klaar met een glimlach en regelden zelfs meteen een dokter toen iemand van ons ziek werd. Ontbijt en diner waren elke keer opnieuw een feestje. We hebben ons hier ontzettend welkom en verwend gevoeld – een absolute aanrader!

Villa Pantai was incredibly clean, the pool and view were amazing and the staff exceptional

My only complaint would be the road traffic noise but this cannot be helped, it just wasn’t expected.

The staff are amazing. They are really lovely and the manager speaks perfect English and is very knowledgeable about the area and basically organised our lives for the week we were there. The breakfasts were fantastic. We didn’t ask for lunches or dinners and I don’t think we were a high maintenance group, but it was clear the staff would have done anything we asked of them. I don’t agree with previous reviews that the villa lacked privacy, we only saw the staff when we wanted something. The villa is large. The bedrooms are a great size, are spotlessly clean and have a fantastic view over the pool and the sea beyond. It is on the main road with all the shops, bars and restaurant’s so has easy access to everything.

The villa is literally on the main road so is very very noisy. The villa is very dated, it could do with being renovated. There is paint peeling off the walls. The bathrooms are out of date and have lots of signs telling you to save water/towels/electricity. The kitchen is dreadful with cupboard doors hanging off. There are weird rooms that only the staff can access. The whole villa really needs gutting, reconfiguring and updating. The huge trees in the garden are beautiful but mean there is very little chance for sunbathing as they block out the light. The pool is nice and deep but very small. The “hot tub” is not hot, it’s just a small area at the end of the pool with a couple of jets that have no pressure.

Great location , over looking the ocean and on the main strip , very close to all the restaurants and bars. Unfortunately the weather gods were not on our side during our stay but you know it is good when you still want to go back to enjoy again. The staff were very helpful and friendly , nothing was too much. Even a bottle shop directly across the road with a good selection to choose from.
