Luxury house in the island of Patmos

Great outdoor space. Kitchen that was easy to cook in. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable with nice storage space for a longer trip. The host was friendly and flexible. Nice walk down to the beach - it was nice to have beach chairs available to take.

The only thing I wished was different was a more expansive view of the bay

The house is equipped with all the amenities you could ask for in a holiday rental. The kitchen is fully stocked. The living spaces are spacious and tastefully furnished, with plenty of natural light. Bedrooms are cozy ensuring restful night throughout our stay, Highly recommended!!

The house was large and well equipped in a beautiful location, with marvelous view. Very quiet at night. Great veranda

The sheets and towels were old- they should be replaced. Also shampoo, shower gel, hand wash and toilet paper should be provided, given the price of the apartment.

The house’s size and comfort (except for the dishwasher), along with its terrace and view, were amazing—we really enjoyed our stay.

*There wasn’t a dishwasher at home. *The lighting on the terrace wasn’t sufficient; it was very dim. *Actually, the location isn’t bad and it’s relatively close to everywhere, but If you haven’t rented a car, you will need to call a taxi everywhere. However, when giving directions to taxi drivers, you must definitely mention the house number and that it is located in Grikos area, before Nefali. Otherwise, they won’t be able to find the house. We had a hard time because when we spoke with the taxi stand, they didn’t understand the location at first. But after calling repeatedly over the following days, they eventually learned it.

I loved everything about the house. It is also in the best location. Right in between Skala and Chora. Parking was also easy.

We stayed here for 2 days and wished we would have booked for two weeks!!! The Villa is beautiful, clean and so well maintained. There is everything you could possibly want...the owners have put so much thought into it. The villa was everything we had hoped for.The beaches and restaurants nearby were brilliant. Would highly recommend to anyone!

The villa is new build, clean and very well equipped. We ( 2 adults + 2 kids), spend a really fantastic holidays here. Besides the nice interior, the biggest plus is the closeness to the beach Groikos. The owner and his partner were very friendly and caring and made us feel truly comfortable as everything we had discussed via emails was there. We have seen many great villas, but this is the first time we really want to re-visit next year. Highly recommend!!

Everything was great

The front view of the sea was stunning, particularly from the big window of the living room. Incredible sunsets from the terrace! Comfortable beds and cool kitchen with all the tools. Clean and well-located house. Perfect also to run along the coast to the port. All amenities, sea, and restaurants close and the bus stop 50m away. We will repeat for sure! Thank you, Angelos!!
