Amazing outdoor area and pool. Staff were excellent and very accommodating Close to a lot of amenities.

The villa was beautiful and the staff were all very helpful. Came and cleaned the villa daily and gave us towels, toilet paper etc. Staff recommended activities and in home massages that were great. There were security staff at night which made us feel safe.

The drains smelt a little bit when we arrived but staff fixed the smell when we asked.

Location was perfect very close to many restaurants, the staff were amazing super friendly and helped with anything we needed

Kadek was awesome guide, friendly and always making sure any issues were resolved right away and even kept me in check with out plans and what transport or ect we might need and booking things on time so we wouldn't miss out.

The keys for the doors were really hard to lock/unlock and some we couldn't manage to get open at all. They may just need a little TLC

Kadek, the manager, made our stay very easy. He was the friendliest and smiliest person, made sure we felt safe and was extremely responsive to any questions we had. (Also a great and safe driver - make sure to ask him to help you out throughout your whole trip!) The Villa was clean, a great size for 3-4 people and had everything we needed. The pool area got enough sun during the afternoon to tan which was great!

The beds were slightly too firm for my liking, but that seemed to be pretty common across all accommodation in Bali!

The villa is strategically located and close to many shops, massage place and restaurants. It is within a walking distance of 15 mins to the seminyak beach. The villa is spacious and good for family or group of friend. Pak Kadek who is responsible for the villa can be reach via whats app during work hours. Despite we do not need anything extra, it is a nice feeling to know that you can reach someone if something is missing.

-The pool doesnt look like in the picture. It is green and need some scrubbing to take the algae off. Because we were outside everyday, so we didnt use the pool at all. - Many mosquitos at night that are coming from the opening of the bathroom. So make sure to close the bathroom door at all time and use the anti mosquitos cream. - some basic necessity are not there ( there was an ironing board but not the iron ) or limited (only one hair dryer so we need to take turn in using the hair dryer).
