Please be aware that the final boat departing from Sanur, Bali to Lembongan Island leaves at 5:00 PM, and passengers are required to be at the boarding desk at least 30 minutes prior to departure (4:30 PM). It's not feasible to travel to the island after this time. If you plan to travel directly from the airport to Nusa Lembongan, please ensure that your flight arrives no later than 2:30 PM. If you are arriving later than 2:30 PM, we suggest spending the night in Bali, for example, in Sanur, and taking a boat to the island the following morning. Nusa Lembongan is a peaceful, secluded island where things can differ from what we're accustomed to at home. It's worth noting that power cuts can occur on the island from time to time, although they are usually brief and don't exceed one hour. Despite our internet provider offering a speed of 10-20 Mbps, it's important to note that internet connectivity on Nusa Lembongan Island can occasionally be slow and unstable. As we are located on a small island, the internet speed you can expect may not be the same as what you would receive on the mainland of Bali. Please be aware that this villa is accessible only by stairs, and there are approximately 100 steps leading up to the property. As a result, it may not be suitable for individuals with mobility issues or disabilities. However, for those who can manage the stairs, the view from the villa is absolutely worth it. Guests will be rewarded with stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape and ocean, making for an unforgettable experience that is sure to leave a lasting impression. "Disappointing stay"

Nice how villa is away from traffic and noise, the split level is cool for the view

I booked this villa for privacy but sadly when I arrived I found there is a pathway between the pool and villa so people are walking past day and night and look into your bedroom. The villa next door can also see into bottom level bathroom, so you have to use top level which I found was still dirty. Wifi barely worked during my stay which was hard because I wanted to work online. staff don't put sunbeds away at night so it rained and they were all soaked next day. I was pretty upset that I paid the price I did for this place as its very expensive for low quality

"Superb"

Lots of privacy! Nice pool! One room with a nice ac, other with powerful fan, and a very nice view (especially when there is firework from the beach!) Complimentary fresh watertank. Just about 5m away from the town. Stairs down, every next time you take them, shorter they are.. Maybe not perfect for the elderly with bad knees, but just watch the view now and then, take a moment and go further. Erik, great host! Transportation, scooter, fair prices.

Property needs an upgrade. There is a very rocky slippery goats track (approximately 100 metres) to the villa.

"Best staff/invest in AC"

The accomodation was clean and perfect for four, two couples, the pool was magnificent after the walk up the hill and the view couldn’t be beaten. Staff were attentive and helpful, arranging for breakfast to be delivered early morning prior to activities. We were lucky enough to meet the owners of the property who were friendly and exceptionally informative.

The kitchenette was located upstairs, “inside” the second bedroom which lacked a little privacy, however we were more organised on the 2nd night and it wasn’t an issue.
