Beautiful Oia Villa

I cannot imagine there is a better view anywhere on Santorini. It is just breathtaking to sit on the expansive terrace and look over the entire caldera. The place itself is beautifully designed and perfectly comfortable. All of the photos are accurate. The kitchen was well-stocked and pleasurable to cook in. Even with the crowds around, it feels private and secluded. It was exactly what we were looking for and even surpassed our expectations.

This is not specific to this place, but just be prepared to be patient with mobs of people when the bus and cruise tour groups fill the narrow walkway that accesses the villa. This seems to be worst in the late morning.

EVERYTHING. The villa was gorgous. The location was perfect. The service was perfect.

We loved that we were met at the airport and taken to the villa, it made it so mush easier for us as we hadn't been to Santorini before. It was so nice of the host to leave food items for us and also a bottle of wine. We loved everything about the villa, it was so spacious and comfortable, the view was incredible, we would definitely stay there again.

The location was unbeatable. The property is located on the edge of the main walkway surrounded by shops, and the terrace wrapping around the villa is the best place in Oia to watch the sunset over the Caldera. People crowd around the villa entrance at the time of sunset because the views are that good. The property is large, roomy and there is plenty of fresh air coming into the living area as the doors open right up. The property manager is very responsive to any issues or queries. We were welcomed with a fridge full of cool beverages and a few breakfast items.

The cleanliness of the property was disappointing for the price we paid. The bathroom in the smaller bedroom had mould on the ceiling above the door. There was a thick layer of dust on all of the tabletops and the floors. The villa needs a thorough clean and a renovation of the upstairs bathrooms.

It is probably the best view in Santorini. Our friends stayed in other boutique villas and everyone voted this place the top view, spacious and comfortable. It is a paradise for photographers, couples or families to capture the beauty of Santorini. The sunset view is so beautiful. The house is almost the highest point of the village with commanding views to sunset and Caldera.

At first we thought the place is a bit dusty. Later we realised it is because of the wind in Santorini and also the house is at the top of the cliff so the dust comes from outside. The cleanness can be 10 out of 10 if not the natural dust coming from outside. The property's airconditioning can be enhanced. Though it is ok if we leave the windows open and the ceiling fan does a great job.

This was by far our favorite place we stayed in Greece. The terrace is BEAUTIFUL - you can see the sunrise, the famous sunset and the beautiful moon over the water all from the comfort of your home. The host was fantastic. Very responsive to any and all questions. The home was central to everything we wanted to do. Simply amazing. I would stay there again and recommended it to anyone traveling to Oia.
