Kineta luxury House

We loved Kineta house. It is absolutely gorgeous. Excellent facilities, generous garden area, superb pool and direct access from the garden to the beach. It cannot be better than that. Very kind, hospitable and generous hosts. Honest feeling of extended family. Excellent, gorgeous, just fabulous! 👏👏👏

Perfect location on the beach and with a pool, with excellent facilities so we could just enjoy the rest, and the owners and family were amazing and could not have been more helpful.

The property not only met our expectations but by far exceeded it. The hosts are a lovely couple who stayed in a small house behind the house we rented but were very discreet. Everything was clean & the apartment was well equipped with everything a family needs to spend a week by the beach. Extra touch that in the kitchen we could find all the condiments somebody needs to cook (salt, pepper etc as well as foil, pans etc). The garden was well maintained with beautiful flower & plants. The pool was clean, well maintained & the kids spend half of their day there. The beach in front is clean and very quiet on weekdays. On weekends there are more people but nothing very touristy. The location is between 2 beach bars so there is also always this option but the house was so nice that we never went to the beach bars. We had everything we needed in this little beach house. All in all we had an amazing time which felt more like staying at a good friend's house than at a cold rented AirBnB property. Totally recommend it !

Actually, I can only say positive things. The host is very kind and helpful. They are available locally if you have any problems, but they never disturb your rest. We received a welcome package (wines, soft drinks, fruits) and during the week they surprised us with a traditional Greek meal, which they prepared with all their love. Clean accommodation and pool, well-kept garden, mood lighting, sea directly with your own place. Real relaxing accommodation, a jewel box with many jewels.

There was no such.

We liked everything about the house - location, equipment, good airconditioning, pool, access to the beach etc. But the biggest surprise was the attitude of owners - such wonderful people! They helped us with everything we needed, even accompanied us to the hospital with our small daugter where we would have been lost otherwise.....They also prepared the barbecue for us one day so we literally felt like at home. Thank you once again Rula and Aris!!! I hope we will come back soon.

Everything was excellent at Kineta Luxury House. The hosts picked us up from the airport. At the house we found the fridge full of fruit, beer, wine and soft drinks. The house is perfect: traditional, clean, well maintained. The courtyard is a dream: lots of space, vegetation, the pool is great. But the best thing is the location: on the beach really... Once out of the gate you are on the beach. The beach does not look anything special in the photos, but in fact is one of the best beaches I've seen: the water is crystal clear, very calm, very warm. We went nowhere else while we stayed there, just around the garden, at the pool or on the beach. The hosts are wonderful people. They leave nearby and come every day to clean up the pool, the garden etc. One day they asked if we would want to have them to cook for us a couple of traditional Greek dishes. They cooked the dishes in the traditional oven outside, and they were something else, much better that anything you would find at any tavern. Overall I can say this was one of the best holyday we ever had, and we will be back here for sure.

Just the fact that we had to leave, we would have liked to stay there forever.
