Petronila Luxury Villa with heated private pool

Kostas è un padrone di casa premuroso e attento. La villa è molto bella e ben tenuta.Piena di ogni comfort e prelibatezze che il proprietario ci ha lasciato al nostro arrivo (e alla partenza!). I suoi consigli sono stati preziosi e ci hanno permesso di vivere e apprezzare ancora di più la nostra vacanza. Ottima anche la posizione per visitare le più belle spiagge di Creta. Che dire.. consigliatissima! Grazie Kostas e a presto!

Absolument tout. Les photos sont absolument fidèles à l endroit. L espace extérieur est incroyable. Nous y avons passé de supers moments . Chaque chambre dispose de sa clim et le salon aussi. Trois chambre sont rez inférieure et une chambre au rez supérieur. L accueil était sublime. Notre hôte est aux petits soins et très réactif. La chaînes est extrêmement bien équipée et il y a même des consommables: pastilles lave vaisselle et lave linge, éponge, papier alu, café, sel, épices…. Bref, à recommander

Absolument rien

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Petronila Luxury villa! The hosts Kostas and his family were incredibly polite, kind, and welcoming – they truly made us feel at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious cretan homemade food they prepared for us, which added such a special, personal touch to the experience. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained – everything was tidy, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended, and we would love to return!

Spacious and well equipped villa nestled in a quiet olive grove. Good sized pool and garden with the addition of a large pool house for outside dining. Our host Kostas, together with his family made us feel very welcome and was available to help or answer any questions. Cannot recommend highly enough.

A Dream Holiday at Petronella Villa Petronella Villa is the perfect getaway—whether you're on a family holiday or a peaceful solo retreat. Nestled in nature and far from the crowds, it's incredibly quiet, with only the sounds of animals and the scent of herbs in the air. The house is spotless and fully equipped with everything you might need. We were warmly welcomed by the wonderful owner, Kostas, who treated us to fresh fruits, vegetables from his garden and of course local wine and raki. The villa also has two friendly cats that kept our kids company all day—a lovely bonus for animal lovers! Every window offers a stunning view, and the area is safe, serene, and full of kind, helpful locals. The nearby restaurants serve amazing food at very affordable prices, and if you're looking for adventure, Kissamos has plenty to offer. Truly a magical place to relax and recharge. We will be definitely back there again.

Perfect location, in a quiet olive grove, with amazing pool and everything you need for an extended stay. The house is well set up to work remotely from if you need a desk and space for quiet work. The nearby town of Kissamos has plenty of shops and restaurants and all of the attractions of Western Crete are only a short drive away. Kostas was an unbelievably welcoming and generous host and looked after our every need. We would definitely stay again.

Petronila is a sensational villa. Kostas was the perfect host, always available to help if we needed it and he kept the fridge stocked with local wine, fresh vegetables and eggs from his farm. The villa was spotless, perfectly maintained and had a brilliant pool house where we spent a lot of our time. I couldn't express enough how much we loved our time in Crete and our stay in Kissamos at Petronila. Thankyou Kostas! We will be back 🙏

Kostas is the best host ever! he welcomed us with a fully loaded fridge and he was always ready to help with anything. on the last day we received lovely cheese pie fresh from the oven. the villa is spacious, very comfortable even for 9 people. beds are really good, kitchen fully equipped, a very nice bbq building next to the wonderful pool with everything you need to prepare your own dinner. I would give >10 points to bring his average rating to 10, he deserves it! the pool area is first class, it is difficult to leave for the wonderful beaches of the area. and to top it off it is in the middle of an olive grove. unbeatable
