Villa Olivetta by Istrian Country Houses

Top Lage. Sehr ruhig und wunderschönes Haus mit mit hübscher Einrichtung. Gute Raumaufteilung. Bequeme Betten und Kissen. Personal und Service waren sehr kompetent und freundlich. Man musste nicht viel sagen und es wurde sofort reagiert. Da haben wir woanders in Kroatien schon andere Erfahrungen gemacht. So konnte man den Urlaub genießen. Gerne wieder.

Messer in Besteckschublade waren knapp. Aber das ist Meckern auf höchsten Niveau.

Objekt sa svim potrebnim sadrzajima za mirni odmor. Mogucnost boravka,kucnih ljubimaca.

Nepostojanje komarnika na vratima i prozorima.

House is beautiful and scenery is very nice, it’s located at the isolated part of Barat village and surrounded by other villas and olive gardens. House is spacious, rooms are big and equipped with comfy beds, there is enough storage in every room. Bathrooms are big. Every room has AC. Pool is big for a family of four and checked every 2,3 days by proffesionals and also the pool cleaner is provided so you can keep it spotless by yourself. You can watch the sunset from the terrace and that is beautiful. There is an outside barbecue so you can also prepare meals on it. (Coal and brickets are not provided, you need to buy it) Very important, the antibug repelents are provided, mosquitoes enjoy nature same as us but you are safe in the house :) When we arrived there was a welcome drink, toilet paper, big towels, small towels, clean sheet, couple dish washing tablets for the machine, half of the sunflower oil bottle, pepper, barbecue spice, garlic spice and some salt, bin had a bag in it. Two kitchen cloths are prepared. You have pretty much all the kitchen appliances that you need. There is a store Studenac in Barat village (modeartely equipped) and some 20min drive to Poreč to big supermarkets (Konzum, Lidl, Euro spin, Kaufland..) Overall, we had a wonderful time and really had a good, much neede, sleep. If you are in the mood for walk, run or bikeride there are great trails around the property, definitely recommend. Beaches are on a 25 min drive, both regular and FKK, don’t miss it, sea on the North Jadran is clean and warm. We will definetely return to this place.

There are couple of outdated appliances around the house and vaulue for money of the villa would require changes. So smaller investment are - shower curtains, some dishes are overused, freezer needs to be defrosted and cleaned, I would clean or change the bedspreads for the outside pool lounge chairs, they can be used but for the villa experience some additional cleaning would be expected. Bigger - seating in the living room (urgent), washing mashine is acting weird, never washes the dishes completely, even on the longest, high temp programme. And please, add some scissors to kithen :) We had loud neigbours on the last two days, that can’t be changed by villa owners but have in mind that it can happen. There are same rules about noise for everyone so I have no problem of asking to be quiet and encourage everyone to act the same!
