Villa Tara

Location, it was close to the center but a peaceful neighbourhood. The apartment was small but efficient, it had all we needed. Pool was heated.

The kitchen was small to make a family meal. We would've liked more insteuctions in the apartment folder (how to use the stove, wich trashbin is which, do we flush tp etc.) but all was manageable through trial :D There was a small language barrier with the owner. Linen smelled so much of detergent, I almosat got a migraine, wishing little less use of strong fragances.

Great house in a quiet neighbourhood that suits at least two couples and 2 more friends. The rooms are well spaced out and the house is thoughtfully designed. It's all new, fresh and clean. The outside area is surprisingly private and pleasant for lounging around, or having meals. Parking is convenient as there's a spot right in front of the house. The walk to the city is quick and safe. There are shops all around. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and great communicators. I felt immediately at home and enjoyed every moment of the trip more because I chose Villa Tara.

Location and value for money, hosts were fantastic. Location simply brilliant, we hired bikes which were delivered and collected from Zara bikes, and was able to ride to the city, beaches, harbour and supermarkets within 10 minutes, a brilliant way to see Zadar. Plenty of towels, linen, kitchen items and coffee maker (phew!). Bonus having such a good restaurant right next door. Beds and linen lovely and clean, pool excellent and clean, lots of loungers outside, welcome bits and pieces to start us off unexpected and a relief having coffee and milk for the morning, thank you Anita. ❤️🏡

Would have been a 10 star bar the check out time was 08:00, with our flight leaving at 18:00hrs there was the offer of leaving luggage but we wanted to have access to bathrooms etc for the day, so booked an apartment for the night in the city for the last night paying £350. Upon arrival at the Villa Tara we were then told the house was free for us for a late checkout after all due to a last minute cancellation, sadly we lost the money having paid a few days before, for the inconvenience, the hosts tried to help but nothing could be done. Then a couple of days before due to depart, the hosts asked us to leave earlier at 14:00 hrs as they had filled the booking after all. We compromised on 17:00hrs depart time and had to clean the villa and change the bedlinen which was not a problem at all, just a little inconvenient, Loved the villa though and all it offered, little house with a big heart ❤️🏡

- the private pool - the terrace with a grill station - the location with some supermarkets and the center of the city in walking distance - the house has air conditioning - Anita as the owner was available all the time for questions via WhatsApp - all in all everything was perfect

A very modern house, very well decorated and stylish inside and out. It is quite small but absolutely fine for 4 adults. Outside is really nice. There is shade if needed and a lovely pool

Fabulous pool villa in a quiet location 15 mins walk to town. The pool and outside facilities were lush along with the very clean, modern interior. Loved the fact the villa is surrounded by local residents giving us a feel for what it's like to be local. The beach & town were only a 15 minute walk.
