The location was perfect, so close to lots of great shopping, numerous cafes & restaurants, and only a short walk to beach.

There are a couple of things that could do with some updating. The electrical work was a little dicey, my partner and I got a shock from an old adapter plug in the kitchen. and the light switch was hanging out the wall in one of the upstairs rooms. But apart from those couple of things it was pretty much perfect.
