Very convenient for entering entrance two to Plitvice park.

We had a wonderful stay at this property - it's spacious, modern, very clean, and we enjoyed the warm welcome of friendly, accommodating hosts. We received a lot of helpful information and tips for our stay. We didn't need the car during our stay - restaurant, shop and Plitvice Park are within walking distance.

Overall a great stay, lovely host and superb property! Would highly recommend. Great location as well being so close to Plitvice national park. Very spacious and great amenities.

If I had to say something it would only be to have mirrors in the bedrooms and maybe a slightly softer matress.

loved the location so close to the waterfalls. it was quiet and peaceful. everything seemed new.

the bedrooms got very warm at night even w the window open bc the A/C was only downstairs

Spacious, well equipped, stylish design. Gas barbecue with sheltered outside seating area. Friendly and efficient check-in/welcome.

Host was friendly. Kitchen was well equipped but missing Egg cups for soft boiled eggs. Location near Entrance 2 and Simple convenient store within 10 minutes walking distance.

A: Bedrooms are upstairs and in the Roofloft which is not comfortable. 1. Have to carry suitcases up steep stairs 2. Tall people need to watch their head especially in the tiny toilet upstairs. 3. No storage facility in the bedroom. 4. Upper Toilet door does not open properly,and scratches the floor. 5. Bathroom downstairs ~ shower cabin is not fully enclosed. Hence water is running out of the cabin flooding the floor ~ very slippery floor POOR SAFETY B: old Grundig / not smart TV did not work and was hard to use via the remote control. After getting some outside help this was settled. But Program selection is not set up nicely and was poor. Lots of commercial sales channels while other channels only in German with messages to register / authorize keep popping up ~ no international channel selection. No Netflix / Youtube and other App. Compared to other places we stayed the values for money and quality was below expectation.

Very nice place to stay. Friendly host. Details like fresh fruit and free coffee hightens the experience. Excellent location - 15min walk to the lakes entrance 2.

A beautiful property, spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, all the mod cons and a very welcoming and friendly host who even tried to arrange daytrips out for us. A genuinely lovely retreat.
