"Sehr schönes sauberes Haus"

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist top da es in der Nähe von der Stadt ist und ein Supermarkt ist unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und der Spabereich ist ein Traum.

Die Ausstattung des Hauses war super, jedes Schlafzimmer ist mit TV ausgestattet, auf der überdachten Terasse mit Deckenventilator gibt es einen großen Tisch wo alle gemeinsam essen konnten und mit 4 Badezimmer ist man auch mit so vielen Personen gleich bereit. Der Außenpool war auch für die kleinen toll zum spielen durch die breite Stufe. Sauna und Whirlpool waren traumhaft. Der Garten generell wurde nie zu klein trotz 5 Kinder und großem Hund. Wir brauchten die Autos so gut wie nie, da man alles (Bademöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Spielplatz, Fitnesspark, Lebensmittelgeschäft) zu Fuß angenehm erreichen kann über den Weg am Meer und die Straße runter gibt es ein großes Geschäft (Plodine). Somit alles in allem perfekt.

Das einzige was mir einfällt wäre dass man das Tor von innen nicht ohne den Torchip öffnen kann.

Super space, really clean, excellent location and great communication with Alek the owner

The constantly barking/yapping dog next door that barked from 5 in the morning incessantly all day long. Nothing the villa owners can do about this of course but god almighty as dog lovers and owners that dog almost tipped us over the edge!

"Excellent family holiday in lovely Lovran"

Amazing outdoor space with pool, badminton, table tennis, bocce. Extremely close proximity to large supermarket, parking for three cars, well equipped kitchen, cinema/bar room, spa, partial sea view from rooms. Short walk to mare lungo. Excellent communication from owner

Road noise particularly motorbikes. Nearby building noise from apartments being built next door. No microwave.
