Property is lovely but too many mosquitoes and the pool can be cleaner

This property is very luxurious and artistic, it was a nice sophisticated style and we very much enjoyed the villa and pool, this villa is well located and an easy walk to all favourite spots.

Could not fault this top accommodation, I would stay here again for sure and recommend to everyone looking for a sophisticated style. The location was also a top sell for me as it was close to all my needs.

The property was clean, nicely decorated. The staff was very responsive for any request.

Did not realize that the living area did not have walls, therefore it was a little too hot/wet and no AC in the kitchen and living room.

Could be cleaner. Water cooler area was a bit dirty It was rainy season when we were there, the area next to the pool was wet due to rain and the tiles were very slippery. I nearly slipped and fell one morning

We stayed for 5 nights at Mosman House and really wished it had been longer! The villa is in a great location, has a private entrance and is very quiet. Positioned in Gang Pandu (off Jalan Kayu Aya), it is surrounded by some excellent restaurants and shops and you can walk directly into the Seminyak Village shopping centre at the other end of the Gang within 3 minutes. It is also only a 5 minute walk to Petinget Beach. Although the initial impression of the villa is that it appears deceptively small, the layout is actually bigger than expected. There are two spacious air-conditioned bedrooms that each have their own large bathrooms attached (the main bedroom also has a big free standing bathtub) and tucked behind the living area is a small air-conditioned office plus an separate additional toilet. The accommodation is very tastefully decorated with a lot of good artwork. The open living/kitchen area is well furnished, has good lighting and ceiling fans keep the area cooled. Beds are large and comfortable with good quality bedding. Plenty of towels were provided and bathrooms were also supplied with both soap & shampoo. There is a water cooler to provide unlimited fresh drinking water, a full sized fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and iron/ironing board. The whole villa was exceptionally clean when we arrived, and the daily housekeeping ensured it stayed pristine throughout our stay. The Villa Management Team were a pleasure to deal with- expediently responding to (and dealing with) all our questions and requests. We highly recommend Mosman House and would definitely stay again on a return trip to Bali.

Although not a problem for us, the pool is quite small and shaded all day.
