Size and great pool

Beautiful villa and gardens, amazing bathrooms!

Was very clean and loved the Balinese theme was beautiful

Was a little hard to find but don’t let that stop you as staff took us there from local warung / cafe

Staff were lovely, breakfasts were great. The property was spotless. Walking through the alleyways and seeing how the locals live and work was an experience.

Location was a little tricky and without technology would have been difficult to find.

We stayed at Villa Kami for 5 nights and loved it. The Villa was so clean and well kept and spacious. The private pool was a great size for the kids to play in. The Villa is a 5min walk from the main road but along the way there are some cafes and restaurants which we ate at. It also meant it was nice and private. The staff were incredibly lovely. The breakfast they cooked every morning was delicious. Basic range but did the trick. They were super helpful with anything we asked and very courteous with cleaning times. The only thing I would say, is that if you have kids under 10 I probably wouldn't recommend as the 2 rooms are separate and to be safe, you would naturally lock both doors. However for kids over that age- plenty of room for families or 2 couples. The area it's located in was great. Its about 10min from centre of Ubud which i really liked as the centre was very hectic and touristy. We had plenty of food places and mini Marts near us and we could easily catch a Gojek into town. Overall- would highly recommend.

Lovely large property, plenty of space and well maintained. 2 large bedrooms although you do need to access stairs outside for the main bedroom. Bathrooms really large, nice choice of breakfast. Wayan was an excellent host. We booked a day trip with him and he helped us choose where to go and gave us lots of local insights, he was also great at taking photos!

The walk down to the property from the main road is unlit in parts at night and road surface uneven would be worth having a torch if out in the evening

Everything, great villa and service. Food was also very good. Communication was great. Wayan did everything he could to make us happy. Great swimming pool.Older people or people with disabilities should be aware therebis a steep steps to upper floor, second bedroom. We were very happy there , hoping to come back.

There is quite a walk to the main street. You cannot get to Villa by car only by foot or scooter. Bit hard to start of as we were getting lost. However once you work it out it is great place to stay.

Our stay at the villa turned out to be a horror. We booked the property for six nights, and after just the first night, we had an unpleasant surprise—a giant snake, about 1.5 to 2 meters long, was resting on an armchair in the living room. As we later found out, it was a venomous species of cobra. On the third evening, a huge rat was running along a ceiling beam in the same room. Unfortunately, the staff was unable to catch it. More surprises followed—animal droppings appeared in the upstairs bathroom for two consecutive evenings and later in the upstairs bedroom. On the last night, droppings also showed up on an armchair in the downstairs living room. On the final morning, the mystery was solved—we found two small rats near the bedroom door. The stay was a nightmare—every evening, we ran around with phone flashlights, checking the corners of the massive house. Turning off the lights or going to the bathroom at night was extremely stressful. I sent a message to Booking about the situation, but I never received a response. I do not recommend this place.

The WiFi didn’t work for the last 2 days.
