Villa Kami Ubud

Villa located in a quite place, near rice fields. Villa has big bedrooms with comfy beds. And bathrooms are really huge! Breakfasts were really tasty. Host was very friendly, he met us, helped us with our luggage. He answered our questions quickly and helped us to get to the airport. Thank you for our comfortable holiday.

Breakfast was great. They came and cooked it at the villa, on time.

A little bit too far down the end of an alleyway, but in saying that, it was a lot quieter being that far down.

All the staff were very helpful and eager to help with questions or tours. We were pleasantly surprised when we thought we would have a quick swim before breakfast when they gave us breakfast in the pool.

There wasn't much I didn't like about the villa. Everything was clean and tidy. There is a little walk or scooter ride to the villa. because it was off the main road it made it quite though. So, we were happy.

It was a wonderful stay, the communication was great, breakfast was super tasty - cleaning every day. The villa is very spacious, the pool is great - I would recommend it to everyone!

Loved the private pool! Service with Wayan was above and beyond! Terrific location too, walking distance to coffee and a couple of beautiful restaurants.

A bit far from the road but doable.

The property was huge and absolutely beautiful in a quiet area. We felt like we were in our own oasis.

The villa is extremely beautiful and incredibly spacious. Truly a getaway from the hustle & bustle of Ubud. Service from the staff was impeccable - Wayan was extremely responsive and attended to our every request.

The villa is outstanding and the staff and level of service are equally amazing. The place is huge, very well equipped and has a great pool and garden area. We went there as a couple but it would be incredible for 2 couples too as there are 2 huge equally-sized and equipped bedrooms which is quite rare. The pictures simply don't do justice to how good / big the place is (we moved to a 25sqm villa in Uluwatu afterwards and the bathroom alone in Villa Kami feels bigger than our current vila). The staff are outstanding and I have never had this quality of service before in a villa. They bring your cases to the villa, prepare delicious, fresh breakfast on the spot every day and clean the place THOROUGHLY (at least 2 hours a day). I highly recommend getting Wayan as a driver for at least 1 day - he was great in telling us all about the places we visited, the area and Bali / Indonesia as a whole. We had other drivers too and he was by far the BEST (not even close). The villa is in a really nice, trendy area just outside Ubud City centre. The villa doesn't have car access and you need to walk 6-7min from the main road but it's not a problem for luggage as staff take it for you with a scooter. I found this quite nice as it was easy to walk in the immediate neighbourhood and it had everything you would need within in walk - plenty of restaurants (Alchemy and Kemulan were favourites), cafes, bars, several shops, massage places and laundry services. Ubud can be hard to walk around if you are anywhere near main roads (as we found out the hard way when we stayed at a different place in Ubud), but didn't have that problem at Villa Kami as everything we could need was in the immediate neighbourhood (only thing missing there was a cash point). Going into Ubud city centre is 5min by taxi from the main road or 6-7min by scooter from the villa itself.

Really hard to think of anything - others have said the road being for bikes only was a drawback but I saw it as a positive.
