CASA MARIO-charming stone house with jacuzzi

Lugnt och trivsamt område mysiga pizzerior och caféer. Underbar uteplats med härlig Jacuzzi. Toppen alltihop.

Casa fantastica collocata in un paesino ricco d'atmosfera. La camera mansardata è splendida, spaziosa e con una visita mozzafiato. La casa è fornita di tutto il necessario. La Jacuzzi è un plus molto gradito. Una menzione speciale va ad Andrea host super disponibile e gentilissimo. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Schon im Vorfeld hatte ich Kontakt mit dem Vermieter( Andrea). Alles lief reibungslos. Das Haus ist älter aber von innen wunderschön saniert. Andrea war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Der Whirlpool ist ein tolles Feature in dem Haus. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen und hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Fussläufig sind 2-3 Restaurants in der Nähe und auch 2 kleine Supermärkte. Wir können dieses Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Od začiatku bola s Andreom výborná komunikácia. Po príchode sme sa dozvedeli, že dom má cca 185 rokov a on 5 generácia majiteľov. Dom je napriek veku opravený s citom, žiadny gíč. Dom je kamenný a má dve poschodia. Dole kuchynka a obývačka. Prvé poschodie menšia izba s manželskou posteľou a kúpeľňa s WC. Hore priestranná spálňa! Vonku ešte druhá kúpeľňa a WC pre vírivku. Kuchyňa vybavená priemerne, ale stačilo. Čo prekvapilo, že chýbala mikrovlnka:) spali sme už v mnohých zariadeniach, ale tieto postele boli mimoriadne pohodlné (subjektívny názor). Dole jedna klimatizácia a v hornej spální druhá. Nech vás neprekvapí, že všetky podlahy vrzgaju - keďže sú drevené. Dom je s kameňa, ako som spomínal, takže na jar keď sme boli aj my bol ešte chladný. Na druhý deň to už bolo lepšie. Vírivka vonku je topka - pohodlná pre troch ľudí. Obec je vhodný východiskový bod na výlety (celá Istria na dlani). Toto ubytovacie rozhodne odporúčam.

Vždy sa nájdu nejaké drobné nedostatky, ale tu boli vyvážené tými dobrými:)

We spent a fantastic holiday in a beautifully renovated house in the charming village of Svetvincenat. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Andrea gave us a warm welcome, shared tips about Rovinj, and communication with him was good throughout our stay. The house had everything we could possibly need. The bathrooms were comfortable, and the garden was a real highlight. Every morning we enjoyed breakfast outside, take up the peaceful atmosphere. We also made great use of the grill, it worked perfectly! And we can’t forget the jacuzzi, definitely a big plus! The bedroom on the top (second) floor was absolutely beautiful with a breathtaking view of the nearby castle. We would have loved to stay there ourselves, but we had to give it up for our daughters, lucky them! The location was ideal, with places like Pula and Rovinj within easy reach. There were plenty of lovely restaurants nearby too. In Svetvincenat, our favorite spot was Pizzeria Grimani. If you're looking for a place to stay in Istria, Casa Mario is an absolute recommendation!

Maison de village très propre et bien équipée, rénovée avec goût. Accueil très sympathique par un propriétaire serviable et réactif. Place de parking réservée face à la maison. La cuisine-séjour climatisée est agréable. La chambre du premier étage contigüe à la salle d'eau ne l'est pas mais nous avons pu l'aérer suffisamment malgré la forte chaleur. La très grande chambre du deuxième étage est climatisée. Une salle d'eau supplémentaire est située dans la cour. La grande cour intérieure est bien aménagée et offre une pergola sous laquelle manger, des transats et un jacuzzi très apprécié. Le village lui-même, concentré autour du vieux château, est très calme, plutôt joli et propose deux DAB, deux supérettes, deux bars, deux bonnes pizzerias et un restaurant de gamme supérieure. Nous recommandons pour un séjour au calme au coeur de la campagne istrienne mais proche des principales villes côtières situées à 20/30mn. Des plages (à graviers sur cette côte) sont également accessibles facilement.
