Villa Romantika Dalmacija

Jediná nevýhoda je umístění ložnic na spaní, kdy jsou mimo hlavní místnost obývák s kuchyní a přístup je venkem. Dále pak umístění druhé ložnice, která je nad hlavní ložnicí jako mezonet, ne příliš vhodné. A otevřené okno z ložnice do koupelny, to není moc povedené, vlhkost z koupelny při sprchování nebo koupeli jde přímo do ložnic a je tak nedýchatelno a v koupelně není možnost otevření okna. Jsou to jen drobnosti, které při týdenním pobytu jdou překousnout :-D :-D Jina ubytování ineriér a exteriér nádhera!

Sehr schönes Haus im mediterranen Stil gehalten. Einrichtung zweckmäßig und sehr interessant, wie z.B. alter Nähtisch als Waschtisch umfunktioniert. Viel liebe zum Detail. Lage top, Strand fußläufig erreichbar. Angenehme Gastgeber

Bilder etwas irreführend was die Schlafzimmer angeht, da Schlafzimmer nur indirekt voneinander getrennt. Etwas wenig Liegemöglichkeiten und Geschirr vorhanden.

Prachtige luxe villa met veel.privacy, zwembad met luchtbed en whirlpool met 2 verplaatsbare luxe ligbedden die overdekt aan het zwembad kunnen staan met ruime plaats voor auto op afsluitbaar eigen terrein in de buurt van supermarkt en bakkers, op loopbare afstand van pittoresk centrum van Nin met voldoende goede restaurants in het seizoen, in de buurt van prachtig zandstrand (met zeer langzaam aflopende zandbodem, 5 min. met auto). Relaxed ontvangst, communicatie en afscheid.

Bijzonder, maar conform verwachting omdat in eerdere reviews gelezen: buitenom naar 1e verdieping voor slaapkamer en badkamer. Voor ons geen probleem, omdat wij prachtig en droog weer hadden (begin juni). Bij harde regen hadden wij dit wellicht niet altijd fijn gevonden. Ook apart: 2e tweepersoons bed in open vide boven het 1e bed. In verband met muggen in de avond wat minder lang buiten gezeten dan mooi had geweest.

This villa has it all with everything furnished to an extremely high standard both inside and outside. The photos say it all! The mix of stone and wood was stunning and unique! The bed was extremely comfortable and bathroom is luxurious. Appliances are all high spec with everything you need. We made full use of the wonderful terrace area, hot tub and the non-heated pool. It’s all Very private and secure with an electronic gate for car. The owners Luka and wife are lovely people who are at your disposal if you have any issues however we had no problems at all. Nin is a nice area for a relaxing holiday with plenty of places of interest. The bridged old town is only 5mins away full of places to eat and drink. Supermarkets also very close by. Beaches are walkable/a very short drive and even though they are not of soft sand - the bays are shallow with clear water. We 100% recommend staying at this property!

As someone else mentioned - The separate entrance to the bedroom isn’t ideal if you lived here permanently as we got drenched trying to go from living room to bedroom during a storm - but it’s only a minor inconvenience for a holiday! Not a fault with the villa but just a tip to other guests - Being as you’ll be spending lots of time outside due to the amazing garden, pool and terrace - be wary of mosquitos as the area is rife with them! Recommend buying mosquito repellent smoke sticks and plenty of repellent cream as they worked great for us after being eaten alive on the first evening! Not sure if this is a general thing in Croatia.

The villa was beautiful,private and the area was very peaceful. It is in an excellent location you are within a 15 minute walk to beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. Our host was excellent and very helpful. I highly recommend Villa Romantika we will definitely return here as it had everything we needed. One thing I will say is that the photos don't do this place justice.

Only a very minor inconvenience if it rains the entry to the bedroom is outside, I wouldn't let this put you off to me it added to the charm of the place
