Villa Demonta

Very clean and spacious villa within a walking distance to the town centre. Jaksa was very helpful and his welcome gift of cheese, crackers and meat was delicious. Air conditioning was very good and facilities in the villa were great.

Het was echt een fantastisch mooie villa, het ontvangst zeer hartelijk. Alles prachtig verzorgd, zelfs bij aankomst een heerlijk drankje en eetplank met lekkers. Fijne kamers met airconditioning een verzorgde badkamer en 2 toiletten. Een heerlijke tuin met BBQ en een jacuzzi, fijne zit gelegenheden. Alles kun je de gastheer vragen, en hij heeft mooie bezienswaardigheden voor je. Op loopafstand de oude stad en supermarkten en elke dag een volle marktplaats met alles van groente en fruit, tot kleding en souvenirs. Met de auto ook prima bereikbaar en eigen parkeerplaats bij de villa. Kortom wij hebben heerlijk genoten met 6 personen, Jakša en gezin zijn fantastische gastheer.

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit.

The Villa is just superb- spacious, comfortable, and such thought put into every aspect to ensure a very special holiday. The private garden was beautiful and the hot tub, so welcoming after a day of visiting enchanting Trogir and the gorgeous surrounding locations. But what made it so special, was the welcome we were given from the moment we arrived from Jaksa, the owner, and the advice and information he provided. Nothing was too much trouble. There was a delicious cake (baked by his wife) as well as wine and beer waiting for us when we arrived which was so kind. We felt we were leaving friends when we left. Thank you for everything!

Nothing - it was perfect.

Beautifully presented ground floor property with sole access to well maintained gardens. Very well appointed with everything you need to self cater including washing machine. Hot tub is a fantastic extra. Perfectly located, inside residential area, for a short walk into beautiful Trogir, with 3 supermarkets and a beach within easy walk. The hosts went above and beyond with information and consideration, even leaving a homemade cake, wine and some beers. As well as providing presents for our sons 3rd birthday. Really clear instructions provided and very comfortable and relaxing stay. Home away from home

Lovely welcome, so clean, everything you need, lovely host welcome and also on hand for any questions or help. I was travelling with my two teenage daughters and elderly mother and felt well looked after abd it was a nice safe area. Just wonderful. Thank you.

We stayed in Villa Demonta for a whole week with family and children. This is a large flat located at ground floor sorrounded by a lovely garden with a batch and barbecue zone. Inside there is a spacious living room with kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and three separate bedrooms. Flat was really well-kept and extremely clean. There is also a large patio in front of garden and one smaller in front of building. It is absoulutely well equipped, we found whatever we needed (especially in kitchen). Garden is amazingly aesthetic, sunny, but also containing some olive trees giving shadow. There are sunbeds and enough place for sunbathing. It was great for babies to spend time outside and for us to relax at evenings. There is a big professional jacuzzi you can use with no limits - clean and well mantained. Garden is sorrounded by a walls giving good privacy. Villa is located at some local and calm street. Also nearest buildings are not directly within a villa what again gives calm atmosphere and privacy. There are few popular Croatian shops, bakery and pharmacy just in 3min walk from villa. Old town is like about 10min walking. We have been warmly welcomed by Jaksa, who is a great host. He cared about anything we needed during our stay. Especially our requests about children-related things, check-in/out hours, airport transfer were organized really well. Definetly recommend this accomodation for stay in Trogir, especially with children.

Everything was absolutely fine.

The villa is brilliantly placed. It is also modern and chic. The kitchen is also well stocked

Something to be aware of is that the bedrooms do not have individual zircon......there is an zircon in the passage that will cool the rooms but then you can't close your bedroom door and get the benefit of the aircon
