Nothing, it was perfect, luxurious and the staff were out of this world, free treats everyday and very attentive, sprayed our room with mosquito spray and folded our clothes everytime they cleaned the room! Faultless

Our stay at Beyond Bespoke Villas was truly unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the staff’s warm hospitality and exceptional attention to detail made us feel so welcome. We visited for my fiancé’s 40th birthday, and Gita and the team helped organise a surprise with beautiful decorations that made the celebration extra special. Such a thoughtful and memorable touch! The communication before and during our stay was excellent! Despite three flight delays, we arrived in the early hours of the morning and were met by security, who were fully informed about our situation. They couldn’t have been more helpful, carrying our bags to our villa, ensuring we were safe and settled. The villa itself was stunning, with beautiful earthy décor that created a tranquil, inviting atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ample storage, air conditioning which kept everything perfectly cool, and the villa's great filtered tap water meant no need for bottle water. The pool was amazing, providing the perfect spot to relax and cool down. The food was absolutely delicious, every meal, from breakfast to dinner, was a treat, and the cocktails were amazing! Everything was delivered with care and always with a smile. The villa itself was the perfect mix of bohemian luxury, a peaceful oasis that felt like home throughout our 11 night stay. We easily hired a scooter through the villa, which was seamless to arrange and return without any issues. Anything you need, from arranging a driver to shopping or even medications, the team was incredibly accommodating and made sure everything was taken care of. Special thanks to Gita, Santi, and the entire team, who went out of their way to ensure every request was met with kindness and ease. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We’re so grateful for such a wonderful holiday and highly recommend Beyond Bespoke Villas for anyone seeking a truly memorable getaway. Thank you all for making this trip so incredible!

Had no complaints :-) Just a note, you are in a tropical country, so you may come across tiny ants (which were harmless and never bothered us), red centipedes (easy to avoid or move to the plants), little geckos, and mosquitos. All of this is to be expected and didn’t impact our trip whatsoever, it’s just part of the natural charm of the location.

The breakfast was amazing and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was just perfect. The rooms were clean, comfortable and the outdoor shower and bath was simply bliss. We will definitely be back!
