Villa Enna with heated pool, Zadar

Our stay was disappointing overall. The villa itself is spacious and advertised for up to 10 guests, but unfortunately several aspects did not meet our expectations. The kitchen was poorly equipped for a property of this size. There were barely enough plates, glasses, and cutlery for our group of 9 people. The frying pan was in very poor condition and difficult to use for cooking. We were also provided with only 3 dishwasher tablets for a 4-day stay, even though with a large group the dishwasher needed to be run multiple times a day to keep dishes clean. The towels were heavily worn and had an unpleasant smell. Upon arrival, not all towels were ready for our group. Not all bedrooms have enough storage space for clothes and personal belongings. One sun lounger was broken, and the outdoor lighting around the pool and barbecue area was insufficient in the evenings. Another issue was the large number of ants on the terrace. They were everywhere, constantly crawling on our legs, chairs, and table. It was impossible to leave any food or drinks unattended, even for a short time, as the ants would immediately appear. This made it difficult to comfortably enjoy meals and spend time outside. The biggest issue was the atmosphere. We chose a villa for 10 people because we wanted to spend time together as a group. We were not having parties, playing loud music, or causing disturbances. However, it seemed that every conversation or laugh outside was reported by the neighbours to the owner. As a result, we felt uncomfortable using the outdoor area in the evenings. If you are looking for a place where friends or family can relax together by the pool and barbecue, this may not be the right choice. Communication with the owner was polite but not particularly welcoming. We often felt that she was more focused on potential complaints than on ensuring guests enjoyed their stay.

Die Villa ist wie auf den Fotos, alles hat gepasst und es war sehr sauber. Genug Platz zum Parken für 2 Autos und 1 Motorrad. Terrasse war auch sehr gross.

Pool kann man Aufheizen lassen, kostet aber 30€. Und in 2 Zimmern oben links und ganz rechts gibt es keine Schränke und keine Tische nur ein Bett und das wars.

Wir waren mit 8 Mädels für 4 Tage in der Villa. Der Kontakt lief sehr gut, die Eigentümerin war sehr bemüht und hat immer direkt reagiert als die Spülmaschine nicht funktionierte und das Tor. Der beheizte Pool war definitiv das Highlight.

Die Küche war mehr als einfach ausgestattet, es fehlte sowohl an Töpfen als auch an Schüsseln und Gläsern. Es gab genau ein scharfes Messer. Die Elektrogeräte haben alle nicht funktioniert, das WLAN war auch sehr langsam. Obwohl keine Gäste vor uns im Haus waren sollten wir für einen früheren Check in (13 Uhr anstatt 15 Uhr) einen Aufpreis von 50€ zahlen. Das heiße Wasser reichte zum duschen nicht für alle. Ich hatte im Vorhinein gefragt ob es genug Handtücher gibt, die Frage wurde mit ja beantwortet. Vor Ort war die Situation leider etwas anders, zumal die Handtücher auch nach nassem Hund gestunken haben. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmte zu keiner Zeit!

Die Vermieter waren bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Zadar ist mit dem Wagen schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und der Garten lädt mit dem Pool zur Erholung ein.

Hands down the best host I ever had in Croatia. Melita responded very fast and was always helpful. The Villa was perfect and cozy for our family trip. It was also fully equipped with everything we needed! Also perfect that it was just a 10-minute ride from the airport. We also recommended her to our friends!

Only that the neighbors were a little bit sensitive to noise as we got a little louder around 5 p.m by the pool - but this has nothing to do with Melita, who just respects the neighbors. She handled it very professional!
