Villa Lizza

Situated in the Old City nearby everything, but withdrawn from the noices of the city. We had a wonderful time, with the possiblity to cook or eat out. You have to be comfortable with stairs as there are 3 floors to run up and down in the house. A treat with 3 bathrooms for 6 people. Also a suprise that there was some beach mats to borrow, then we could also enjoy sunbathing on the cliffs around the city. Lovely terrace, and outside dining area. We recommend the house, and are already planing on coming back.

Location outstanding. Apartment has everything you need and more. Outside space fantastic. Use of paddleboard great. Other guests obviously left little bits and bobs so we did the same. Mosquito plug ins etc. Washing machine and dishwasher was God send. And some dishwasher tabs and washing tabs great. Overall we will be back xx transfer great too. Thanks so much

The toilets should have been cleaner. Little toilet paper. Dishwasher wasn't emptied and locks on doors and gate a wee bit fiddly. Gym room was not tidy. But I'm nitpicking. Place gave more than advertised.

Perfect location. We had a great time family of six 16-42 years old. Walking distance to anything you need. Amazing view. Everything wonderful. Pick up and drop off arranged for additional fee was worth the stress free arrival.

Nothing … all great.

The villa was very central, with plenty of space both inside and out. The kitchen was very well equipped, the bedrooms were spacious, with very comfy beds, with wall mounted tvs. The shower rooms were nicely presented. The lounge had a large tv and comfortable sofas. Outside, the terrace with hot tub was a suntrap and the lower terrace was shaded, with a dining area. Anita, our host was very responsive and helpful.

Nothing. However... It would have been helpful to have a handbook explaining about switches, where things plugged in etc. Maybe comparative information about travel, bus/boat/taxi. This would give an opportunity to consider options, rather than search.

Cavtat is a great place to visit, and Villa Lizza is a wonderful location to stay in. Located in the center of the village, just a few meters walk to the restaurants and shops, it was convenient and a perfect spot to explore. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms were more than enough space for the three of us, and the cozy jazz was a nice touch. We definitely plan on coming back again in the future.

Quit high price. Bed too hard for us.

Well equipped, quirky house with 3 great showers, 3 double bedrooms, and a fabulous hot tub on the terrace. 1 minute from the seafront with numerous bars, restaurants, boat trips, and activities.

Top floor bedrooms a little cramped.

Location is excellent close to the beach. Jacuzzi is also a strong point of this place. Charming old building with well thought out and done renovations. As with other buildings in need of further renovation in small part. There are three bedrooms and bathrooms, which is nice.

Quite a few steps to the place as it is situated on a hill. Can get noisy at nights as there is a big hotel not very close by but still with music till the late hours which can be problematic. Also loud singing for hours somewhere near one late night when we where there. There are quite a few more neighbours around than expected. Noticed also sewer flies in the ground floor bathroom.
