The views were outstanding, the staff were very helpful and pleasant, and the room was great value for money. The food and staff at the nearby Monkey bar were excellent!

Nous avons apprécié la vue exceptionnelle et le personnel aimable et serviable, mais malheureusement, notre expérience globale a été très décevante. Les logements sont vétustes et nécessitent d’urgence une rénovation : traces de rouille, odeurs de renfermé, frigo sale, salle de bain extérieure très sale à notre arrivée (touffes de cheveux sur le sol), nombreuses auréoles jaunes sur la literie et taches sur les serviettes, sans parler du canapé blanc totalement noirci. Le lit d’appoint pour la 3ᵉ personne était un canapé convertible extrêmement inconfortable et fragile, et la solution alternative proposée par le management était également sale et inacceptable. Le manager, basé en Australie, a refusé de nous parler au téléphone et nous a proposé de payer un supplément important pour reloger notre troisième personne. Le complexe est très isolé, donc il faut impérativement un véhicule. Les options de repas se limitent au restaurant du complexe, qui propose des plats occidentaux moyens et assez chers, tandis que la cuisine indonésienne reste correcte.

A quiet location in a lovely pool and breakfast facilities

Not really a complaint, but there is a lot of stairs and Hill climbs around the property

- amazing, spacious apartment - excellent restaurant, both for dinner and breakfast; several choices for breakfast-takeaway (as we had to leave early) - very friendly staff at restaurant with good English language skills

- communication prior to arrival difficult/ time-taking via email and booking; better via WhatsApp

The place is beautiful, the staff are extremely friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

The swimming pool is brilliant. The rooms were spacious and super clean and the hotel’s location is marvellous.

Sehr schöne (fast spektakuläre) Aussichtslage des Hotels. Sehr gutes Abendessen

Kommunikation mit dem Hotel (Anfrage Fahrer) war schwierig (besonders im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels auf Bali). Frühstück eher knapp bemessen (entweder Kaffee/Tee oder Saft)

Amazing location (once you get there) - great pool with beautiful views. Quiet location and well maintained villas

Had to pay in cash at restaurant No Grab/Gojek in area so have to use private driver or resort driver (be prepared to pay extra for this)
