Elements Villas

The villa is amazing. Absolutely stunning place with the best infinity pool on the island. The staff are their all the time to help. I will definitely be coming back.

Alles was zo mooi en hoed over nagedacht. Er zijn meerdere zitjes binnen en buiten zodat iedereen kan kiezen waar je wilt zijn. De keuken was goed voorzien en bij aankomst was er een welkomspakket

Helemaal niets. Het enige is dat er meerdere huisjes naast elkaar staan. Er is genoeg afstand om geen last te hebben, maar je kan elkaar wel zien als je buiten bent

Personnel au petit soin mais l’équipe housekeeping rentre dans la propriété sans vraiment prévenir … (attention des villas sont en construction aux alentours)

Perfect location if you rent a car, the villa is situated between Lardos and Pefkos, only 10 minutes from Lindos and about an hour from Rhodes airport. Beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea.

Before departure, I had already seen several negative reviews on Booking. Because of this, I messaged the owner to let him know that, given the fairly high price, I expected an accommodation without defects. He replied that he had read my message and would make sure everything was in order. Despite this clear request, upon arrival it turned out that the villa still had many defects. At Elements Villa No. 5, we parked the car in the garage, but the first issue immediately appeared: the garage door could not be closed, even though there was a switch. Going upstairs into the house, we encountered more problems. A shutter in the kitchen didn’t work, which blocked a lot of light. The air conditioning in the downstairs room was also not working. Several lights in the swimming pool didn’t work. The downstairs shower was very dirty and full of limescale. The outdoor shower was also poorly mounted, spraying water all the way into the swimming pool, and it too was completely covered in limescale. Overall, the house is very poorly finished. They also don’t mention anywhere that you’re not allowed to flush toilet paper, because the plumbing is very weak. The outdoor barbecue is basically just a block of concrete, with the water from the air conditioning dripping right onto it (believe it or not). The sunbeds were full of sweat stains and dirt, making them very unpleasant to use. On top of that, there were ants everywhere: around the pool, the outdoor dining area, the kitchen, bathrooms, and even the bedrooms. I reported some of the issues, and the owner told me that someone would come the next day to fix them. However, he didn’t give us a time, which meant that at 7:30 in the morning, a random worker showed up at our pool and started working without saying anything or leaving any information. Another important point: the photos shown on Booking do not represent Villa No. 5 at all. They only show the best villa, which looks much nicer, but ours did not resemble those photos
