The Villa is nice overall. Our concierge is friendly and helpful in solving our problems. We booked a in house spa in advance, the price was reasonable and the massage was really comfortable. Highly recommend! For breakfast, we booked a floating breakfast. The chef came to the villa and made our breakfast in the kitchen. It's hearty. If you like taking pictures, you’ll like the floating breakfast :) Facilities were all good. The water of swimming pools was clear. There’s also a water dispenser that provides clean water to drink and brush teeth.

We experienced water outage for two nights. Thankfully, the staff solved the issue so we could take a shower each night. The villa proactively offered us 10% discount on total room rate as compensation. I thought it’s reasonable.

We felt so lucky to snag a two-night stay! My family had a blast. The narrow access road is no problem at all—it guarantees total privacy and peace while remaining close to central Ubud. From the private chef to the massage therapists and the entire staff, you can trust them with everything. Their care and passion are truly heartfelt!

Perfect pool, perfect villa, perfect team, and perfect food. Everything was 10/10! Two days simply wasn't enough.

Amazing villa experience. Bali host couldn’t be more accommodating, plenty of experiences to book. We had a local chef come and do a BBQ - great food. Local to Ubud and also a cut through so centre is around a 20 minute walk.

True to photos. Comfortable stay with family and group. And nice swimming pool. There’s a staff assigned to the villa and very responsive with our requests and always helpful.

The location. It’s very far inside a small lane that big car may have problem accessing.

The facility is nice. The pool is wonderful. We really enjoy our stay here.

The swimming pool is good. Two pools, one pool has warm water. For the room, it's big enough. Nearby the villa, there are some good restaurants. The location is also not too far from Ubud center.

1. I feel the price is too high. When I booked, the price is over regular price. When I search the nearby dates, I found I almost pay double price. Also, the price on AirBnB is cheaper than booking.com. 2. When we stay there, there is construction nearby the villa. So it's quite noisy during day time, which makes uncomfortable living experience. When we report this issue, the host help us to switch to another Villa. So I need to say the host is nice. Besides those two points, everything else is good
