Elmina Villa Bali

Amenities were excellent. Cleaned to a high degree and beds were so comfortable. The staff were amazing and very helpful at all times. The foosball table was used regularly!

The location was only five minutes from the main strip via car and a host of great restaurants. Roads were being repaved during our stay so I can only imagine the area is going up and up and more places will be opening via walking distance. Barber shop around the corner sorted us out

Windows have not been cleaned for ages needs some TLC general cleaning done daily missed lots of places run out of electric water went off too Dogs Barking day and night also cockerels

Property is lack of maintenance

The villa is like home 🥰 Pool was great, staff was lovely. They have 2 big gazebo on the rooftop with ocean view, we can do yoga in the morning and grill bbq in the night.

The villa was a great place to stay. Very modern. Lots of rooms and the pool on the 2nd floor was awesome. The rooftop day lounges were a great hangout spot, too. Day and night. The staff were excellent. Very welcoming, and the response time for our queries and concerns were efficient and helpful. I can't rave about them enough. They were all lovely and always there with a smile. The house needs a little TLC, but all in all, it is still a great villa to stay in.

The lack of water for showers. But it wasn't that much of an issue with us spending so much time in the pool. We had a 5.2 magnitude earthquake, so I'm sure that it had something to do with it. Again, not that big of an issue. The electrical cable by the pool (under the deck) sparking and eventually catching on fire was the real main concern. But the staff were there quickly after I let them know of the issue.

Upon our arrival, it quickly became apparent that the villa did not meet the basic standards of hygiene and safety that we had expected. Our stay was marred by numerous issues that significantly detracted from our enjoyment and comfort. These included: Unhygienic conditions: We encountered cockroaches infesting our towels, blood stains on the sheets, and overall cleanliness concerns that made our stay uncomfortable and unsanitary. Lack of basic amenities: Despite our expectation of a change of towels throughout our stay, this service was not provided, leaving us with inadequate resources for our needs. Filthy lounge room area: The condition of the lounge room was subpar, with cleanliness issues that made it difficult for us to relax and enjoy our time at the villa. Security concerns: We felt uneasy about the security of the surrounding area, as it appeared chaotic and lacked sufficient measures to ensure our safety. Room flooding: Malfunctioning air conditioning systems led to flooding in the rooms, causing inconvenience and discomfort during our stay. Environmental hazards: Nearby fires compromised air quality, exacerbating our discomfort and posing a risk to our health. These issues not only disrupted our vacation plans but also had tangible consequences, such as a skin infection due to the unclean towels. As paying customers, we had expected a level of service and accommodation that would ensure a pleasant and safe experience for our family.

Pool was excellent, the villa was clean and spacious and staff were really attentive.
