Alot of bugs an gekkos, I hope they fix it

Amazing facilities and staff were so helpful - the villa was so beautiful and exceeded all our expectations. Any issues/questions we had, they helped with and cleaned our villa everyday.

All was amazing

The villa looks even better than the photos. It was very comfy and clean. The staff is super friendly.

Unfortunately, one of the bathrooms was heavily clogged and the water even leaked to bedroom.

Looks beautiful but turns into horror house at 6pm. Booked Villa for 2 weeks had to leave after 4 days. Mice, gechos, giant gechos in kitchen, slugs, infinite ammount of flying bugs, ants everywhere, spiders in shower, everything. We chose an open concept and we are in Ubud so we expected a degree of wildlife with us of course but many villas like this in ubud and owners take care to do some kind of pest control. Even basic light outside so that attracts the flying bugs from the rice fields not everything comes straight inside to your space, you cannot even cook. Also while we where there the outside lock broke slowly over 3 days. I don’t know if it just happened to break but I think someone was meddling with it from the outside. Did not feel safe at all.

wow! the pool was huge, rooms are clean and stylish so as the whole villa. btw, taxi can go to the villa so as you don't need to make it through a field.

Positives: - beautiful space with ample common area for hanging out. The rooms are spacious too. Wifi is good

Negatives: - shower pressure is low and lukewarm water - there's no indoor common area, which is a pain because it gets buggy at night. There's no fan at the main seating area to keep the bugs away - location isnt great. You need to get out of the car and travel by foot for the last 200 feet. Cars also need to go down a muddy road to pick up and drop off, which is tough in the rain - the key for the front door was finicky, and the front gate was broken - unfortunately, the host communication in English via WhatsApp wasn't great

The house is beautiful, the pool is huge, and the villa is very private with view over the rice fields. The house itself is actually built in the middle of the rice fields. One of the lady working there Ari, was amazingly helpful and kind to both us and our children.

You have to walk with your bags to get to the villa as it is not accessible by road so the taxi drops you off with your bag on the closest road and then you keep going by foot. This is very hard to get a taxi from the place despite was we were told and the "manager" does not often answer his phone when we needed help (Thanks Ari for helping us!). You are about 30min away from the Monkey forest and 20/25 to Ubud city center. One thing we didn't like is that despite the house being advertised as a 3 bedrooms house - you actually have to pay extra to use the 3rd bedroom, and a 250$ deposit is asked by the manager on site. One recommandation more than a down side to our stay would be to add a concrete path between kitchen/living and the bedrooms because having to cross on the wet grass made the bedrooms quite dirty.
