Food was great and good value

The property was perfect

The location was hard to walk to the beach although we were few minutes away

Asai villa is perfect for those that want a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The villas are new, and well maintained. Service is done via WhatsApp, and anything you wish can be delivered to the villa. I cannot praise the staff enough, they are really exceptional. Villa came with Netflix which was a nice touch, for the rainy afternoons. I want to repeat how completely delighted we were with the professional staff. True five stars.

The hot water didn't work in our villa for the shower, however because it is so hot and humid , this wasnt a showstopping issue. It isn't easy to walk to and from the beach, due to lack of footpath. But the beach isn't the cleanest, so we found it better to just enjoy private pool.

The property was very clean and the houses were nice.

The only problem is that it’s hard to walk around the property.

1. Overall Villa: super spacious and looks exactly like the images shown. Beds are quite comfortable; however pillows are a bit too hard for us. Cleanliness is top-notch; kudos to the housekeeping team for leaving the villa sparking clean every single day. Thank you for this. Electronic appliances are all in good condition and ready to use. 2. Guest Service: super fast response and always ready to help. Appreciate this very much. The team handled the issues during our very first few days with incredible hospitality and fast solutions. There was some issues with the electricity and with the water heater; but all were solved almost immediately. Appreciation to Puspa, Pinari and Ardi who took care of us. 3. Asai Cafe: we love all the food that we tried (Christmas menu, breakfast and also dinner). We appreciated the complimentary breakfast offered and we enjoyed it a lot. All in all, our family enjoyed our stay at Asai Village and would like to come back one day. Thank you Asai Village team for taking care of us.

Asai Spa: this was actually where the experience was below our expectation. We have been to many spas in various countries and we would rate our experience in Asai spa a 7. We felt the therapists were not really “connected” to us; many times the massage pressure was uneven or stopped midways. Overall, the massage felt a bit staggered. It could probably also because we were the last customers for that day; maybe the therapists were a bit tired already.

We loved absolutely everything about this amazing stunning villa. We were almost speechless with how beautiful it is. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and nothing was a hassle. We loved the day spa and had a facial and massages. We were upgraded on our last night to a bedroom villa which was just incredible. We felt like Queens staying at this place and we can't wait to go back.

The food from cafe was disappointing. Was quite bland tasting. Apart from that there was nothing not to love.

Very clean and quiet property. Veey helpful. I had a last minute request for flowers and they got it done with no issues.
