Veluvana Bali

The Hotel staff were amazing, helpful and kind, honestly among the best people we encountered. If you love nature, the views from the room to the rice teracces were equisite. We got a professional photographer through the hotel and he was great and the we loved the photos.

Although we were told that we "might" encounter lizards, geckos and frogs, but I think guests must be aware that you will technically be living in a gecko and lizard hub and at night you will have small lizards (if you are lucky, they will be just the small lizards) in the bed. It was a bit too much and we did not expect that to be this much. The swimming pool was not clean and you will find a lot of lizard and gecko poop around the room including on the bed and on the table. We loved the photos but i am not sure the night experience with geckos was worth it all. Maybe enough to spend one night max of even a full day and leave at night.

Uniqueness of the concept, privacy and tranquility that you get here is great! Staff are very attractive and polite and take care of all your needs during the stay as well very responsive on the WhatsApp group. Our snail villa was amazing and all the facilities are well maintained.

There was nothing that we didn’t like, if we could point something out would be the fact that we didn’t stay longer!

Nous avons eu une experience très formidable. Nous avon pris la maison owl. L'equipe est très accueillante et chaleureuse. Nous communiquons avec le staff via un groupe whatsapp specifique à la maison. Ils sont très réactifs et très serviables. La maison était très propre, plus belle que sur les photos. Nous avons spécifié lors de la reservation qu'il s'agissait de notre voyage de noces, nous avons eu des cadeaux et des faveurs très agréables. Bien que nous étions inquiets en lisant quelques avis concernant certains insectes/animaux avant notre arrivée, nous avons été réconforté par le staff et nous n'avons pas eu de mauvaises surprises. À 19h le staff fait systématiquement un tour des lieux autour du lit, ferme les fenêtres, installe la moustiquaire autour du lit, vaporise des insecticides et s'assure de l'absence d'animaux. Coté nourriture nous avons prix des plats pour le déjeuner et le dîner depuis le restaurant de l'hôtel livré directement dans notre maison. Nous avons aimé la nourriture qui était de très bonne qualité et de délicieuse . Toute l'equipe était très gentille et professionnelle. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit.
