Good location, friendly staffs

AC is not cold enough, bordering to hot. Some kitchen facilities are dirty

Beautiful pool and great location. Very much left us alone and like we had our own house for the stay. Communication through WhatsApp and free wifi at the property.

Driver that was told was included was not, only one key for two adults which was not enough, breakfast was NOT included, being 10-12AUD each person per day, clean but multiple light bulbs out, safe did not work/lock, aircon was definitely not cold enough, wifi barely worked in rooms, only in public part, and communication via WhatsApp was unreliable and cleaning was different times everyday.

the manager and staff were the best part of our experience.

for starters the villa was extremely hard to find. the room doors didn’t close fully so we couldn’t lock them. the bathrooms had a really strong, strange stench. the beds had only one thin bedsheet & no blankets and the electricity in one of the rooms didn’t work until the manager came to fix it. There was an open safety pin found in one of the showers and the air con in that room was also leaking and created a puddle on the bed.

Our host Desy was super nice. Requested halal breakfast, in villa spa and laundry pickup. Breakfast setup was super beautiful. Food was good. Location is in Seminyak but not too far from Kuta. Surrounding area full with other villas so it is quite safe. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Pool was deep for us Asian ladies (1.5m i think).

2 of the bathrooms’ shower area were a bit clogged. Iron was not hot enough.
